SCAM ALERT!Be careful when purchasing something from this company, because there's someone pretending to be their employee, selling non-existent merchendise and sending invoices. The company itself knows about this and fails to inform about the situation on their website, which in our view is very wrong. We don't have anything against them otherwise and this comment will be deleted, once the company resolves this issue. Just be careful and make sure you know you're buying from them and not from the scammer.When are you planning to address the issue of a SCAMMER pretending to work for your company and extorting payments for fraudulent invoices?

Looking for a home media server, I checked the usual online suspects like craigslist, eBay, etc; but I was extremely worried about buying a server online. So I checked for local companies and found Velocity. Anne from Velocity took specs from an eBay listing and wrote me a custom quote. They even matched the online price.

So I sent my people over to Velocity to help them out with their recycling. When we arrived we were told to go get a dock truck, which we don't have but we could of took the amount of recycling that they had to free up space on their loading dock with the van that we brought. Their staff started to demand that we follow their rules. The reason they call us is because we do not charge for our recycling service as all the others do, you would think that they would be more polite, since we were there to help them out. 1 STAR is way to high

Velocity Tech Solutions - HIGHLY recommended. I want to just say how amazing it's been working with this company. While I'm no stranger to them (they were recommended to me a while back and I used their services for a variety of things like RAID batteries and some servers), we recently had a big backup project, and Robbie E. Anne T., and Dylan K. were amazing in helping us pick the RIGHT hardware and software solutions (which actually ended up being even more cost effective than other solutions they could have upsold me on), and providing patience and support throughout the design and implementation phases. They were communicative, patient, and very helpful. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will definitely be utilizing their expertise and services in the future!

Scott and his team were amazing. I cold called him with an obscure ask, he put all the extra effort time and energy to get the job done 100% -- my server was back online before noon the next day and now we have a cold backup same configuration just in case something happens while we migrate. The response time, resolution time and QUALITY delivered were the best I've ever encountered in my life. From now on Velocity Tech Solutions will be my first call.
