Okay service, just why are their closing times so early I can barely get there in time after work. 5 pm is absolutely ridiculous and it gets so crowded you can barely get in becuase of this

I was in a couple of weeks ago and Connie was the only one working. Even with a line that was getting longer she did not stop smiling and was super friendly and polite to everyone! It was my first time mailing my passport and she helped me feel confident about it. People like Connie make a difference!

Total incompetence. My friend sent me a Christmas gift and it was returned stating "unable to deliver". The address and zip code were correct. I live in a huge apartment building and have been receiving mail at this location for twenty years. What's the problem? My friend just wasted money on postage that they refuse to refund her for not doing their job. In addition, USPS whining about being broke when they made a billion dollar profit from Amazon.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Twice a month, I go in with bulk mailings for work. The employees are fast and efficient, even though I'm sure it sucks for them when I have 300 pieces of outgoing mail. FYI...I do try to go when they're not busy so i don't hold up the like and/or stress the employees out.

my package have circling around from saint paul to Minneapolis to roseville multiple times and someone called me and said to look at thee usps tracker and closed my claim for my lost package without actually talking to me so that person has lied. because guess where my package is back at Minneapolis location and not at my place. so on Monday I will be talking to a lawyer for lost and or missing package by this government branded facility and faulty information of my mail. so thank you USPS.
