Friendly staff, great for household mail, packages and postage. MUCH faster service than the main Roseville Post Office. Not a full service PO, and perfect for my needs. Lots of parking.

They can't print your shipping labels with QR codes and I think their services are quite limited so I wouldn't call it a USPS Post Office at all. Such a shame because it's quite convenient.
If you need stamps I'm sure you'll be fine.

This isn't a real USPS location, and the woman working there was incredibly rude. If you have an online store and need to drop off packages, avoid this place. The service was poor, and they showed no concern when packages went missing. I've lost packages here before, and it's concerning; who knows if the workers are stealing. I dislike this place so much that I've stopped shopping at Lunds and Byerlys. It's truly shameful. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Says it opens at 8:30am but doesn’t open until 10am. Disappointing. Someone should update the web site/Google map info

Website and Google maps show they open at 8:30am. Went there and was told they open at 10. They don't bother updating the hours?

This is a USPS contract location. It DOES NOT have standards USPS services like the ability to process money orders.

Connie at the Roseville MN location went above and beyond to help me today. Thank you Connie for your patience and your willingness to help me when I thought I had no hope. You are truly amazing

nice people working the counter, but if I can't get a receipt for my dropped off package, why would I drive here vs just dropping my package in the mail? The employees encouraged me to "take a photo" of my package instead, which tells me they run into this problem a lot.

Missing four packages that say that they're delivered I'm not buying it usps either stole them and if that happened then I'm required $5,0000 for my efforts to find out and wasted time on my mail being faked delivered

Not a real post office and staffed by clueless grocery store employees. It's more like a rude usps blue drop-box with extended pick-up hours.Oct 11 2021, Columbus day, I called to ask if they were still collecting packages today being a nation holiday observed by usps. The lady asked today's a holiday? I told her yes and post services are generally not operating. As if she didn't believe me about it being a holiday, she proclaimed well I work the post office desk and they pick up packages every day of the week including holidays. I asked again if she was sure about that and when my prepaid packages would be scanned if I did drop off. She says well even if they didn't collect today then they're not collecting anywhere so it doesn't really matter. I explain that it does matter to me, because it is out of my way to bring my boxes there and if it didn't result in faster service then I don't need to waste my time bringing them there. She again started to tell me that they would be collected today when someone in the background said "they're not picking up today" and she reverses everything she told me wrong to say "oh ok I guess they're not picking up today." Thank God someone there knew someone today it was one more person than they usually have behind the counter.Almost entirely worthless location for anything but dropping packages that happened to moss other location pickups. They don't have supplies and can't perform many postal service functions like scanning in prepaid labels that use the QR codes. On top of this they are generally rude, are closed earlier than hours indicate, and provide false information rather than admitting they lack the knowledge. They should really just close this "usps location" altogether it does more disservice than service.

Go anywhere else! Was told by a completely useless employee that "my package was too heavy." Without putting it on a scale or making an attempt to weigh it. I already knew it was roughly about 20 lb and the size of a PlayStation. When I inquired further as to why there was a extremely low weight limit? that I'd never encountered at any post office in 20 years prior I was told "well that's too heavy for me to lift" and refused to help me any further. I've never heard of an employee being able to turn down service to a paying customer simply because they didn't want to have to exert any level of physical effort. This is completely unacceptable, if you are too physically limited to do your job in any sort of effective manner. perhaps you should find work elsewhere that more suits your limited abilities. But last time I checked, moving packages is the epitome of a post office job description.

This is not a USPS store. They can sell stamps, but that's about it. They do not accept QR pre-paid labels.
