Have been here several times to ship out items. Now they have these handy self serve machines where you can scan your barcode or QR code from your phone to print a label out for you, slap it on your package & leave it in the drop off bin.
I also needed to print some documents, it's a bit pricier than other places (like Walgreens or the public library) as it's something like $3 to use their computer & then $.20-$.50 something to print depending if you want black&white or color ink. & if there are other customers doing print orders, they use the same PC so you have to wait til they're done. For the convenience though, it's handy. Might opt for a public library next time so I don't have to wait in line though.
The employees are always thorough & friendly.

I have been a customer now for a year and this ups store is fantastic I do not type well but karli the staff has been fantastic in helping me with all my needs
I am a activities coordinator at a facility for senior and all the seniors ❤️ all the banners she makes to advertise all the activities she goes up and become always with smile and very professional and caring the environment is vert welcome
ING so glad I found this store and Karlie too also friends I sent I. Have the same feeling . She should be on a poster to advertise all ups stores thank you karlie

Friendly staff, they keep the line moving when it's busy, and I appreciate that they're open until 8. Most stores close at 7. Highly recommend.

"hello this is ups store,can you hold..."
i was hold 15minutes,and she hung up on me,then i called again,same thing!
im hold the phone now it been 13minutes now , still holding.
i recommond if you ups store busy , please cut off the phone line.
Procrastination. Not wanting to work at all on things that could be solved in just one minute

Three times in the last two weeks I have left a package for overnight delivery well before the cut off time and it didn't go out until the next day. So "overnight" apparently means "sometime in the next couple days". The issue may be with the UPS distribution network, so potentially not a failure of this store. But still an issue.

Rude service, kid at the counter didn't say hello, I did twice. I usually goto the location on Lexington near Larpenteur.. I'll go to that location in the future.. 2 stars because they weren't busy.. probably a good reason for that.
