Every time my daughter and I come into this store, not one salesperson acknowledges us or asks if we need help. They just stand around talking and ignore every customer that comes in. We always walk out without buying anything just for this reason. You’d think that on some days, other workers would be different, but no. It must be the way the managers train them. Totally inappropriate and unnecessary.We won’t waste our time giving them another chance. We’ll take our business elsewhere!!!

Last week I went to return some items at this location and a staff by the name of Natalie was present. Upon entering she didn’t speak or ask if I needed help.Than she refused to take my items back because I didn’t have tags on them but I did have receipts. I went to Torrid in Eagan and was greeted with exceptional customer service and helpful information. Try a different location.

Picked up a pair of beautiful boots that were on hold for me. Found them originally at another location but in a size too large, this location had them in my perfect size.

The ladies at this location are the sweetest! Always very helpful no matter what the occasion! I have been to numerous locations throughout the Twin Cities and believe me they're not as kind as the gals at Rosedale Torrid! Thank you for always taking great care of me!

I had never shopped at Torrid before, but as a gender queer male I can honestly say it was such a wonderful experience. There was a shirt I saw someone wearing that I absolutely loved and they informed me they got it at Torrid, so naturally I had to go check it out. I always get nervous walking into stores designed for women because I am male and am male presenting, but they welcomed me in, helped me find what I was looking for and informed me of different sizes and lengths I could get for my body. It was such a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be back!
