I called after asking for a price and time frame on getting my catalytic converter replaced. They let me know right away they could get it taken care of on Thursday and it was Monday when I called. I dropped off my vehicle that day and they had it ready by lunch time on Thursday. Was up front friendly and was half the price of victory auto and glass. This shop seems to care about you I will be coming back.

Had AAA come out 2 days in a row to jumpstart my car. They don’t carry battery testers. Brought my car down to Tom’s Mobile. Joe got me in right away. Had my new battery and was back on the road in no time.

I have been to many auto shops throughout my years of owning a vehicle and I am so happy I found Tom's! I have never experienced such a kind, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful owner(Joe) and mechanics, especially Jimmy, also adding the female mechanic who is always friendly! They have gone above and beyond and always honest. They take time to answer all questions and never have to wait a long time for an appt like other shops. I can say that I have never felt comfortable when going to other auto shops or the quick oil change establishments but at Tom's, when calling or walking in they treat you as family! To add, it is very rare to find a auto shop that still has full service fuel, when waiting, I have seen the fuel service and they don't just fill the tank up and the customer leaves, they know the customers and have a conversation because they have taken the time to know them! It is very heartwarming to see the customer happy, smiling and enjoy the service because what I have witnessed has been many elderly customers and how happy they are to have that service! I will continue to recommend that Tom's auto is hands down the best place to go!Services: Electrical repair
