Very disorganized. Pre-ordered tires to pick up, went to go get them when they said it was ready. Waited for over 30 minutes in the lot (people were getting there AFTER Me and still leaving before me), got 4 out of the 5 tires we ordered, only to be told they didn't get the order for the 5th tire(even though I brought the receipts for everything as confirmation since the tires were for my job) going on an hour for these guys trying to figure out what's going on

I ordered online and they said it would be ready the next day. I didn't pick up for like 5 days. I got there and called a number on the banner and they asked my name and told me to back up to the dock. I waited about a minute and they had my rims and I was ready to go. Very Happy!

Warning: use at own risk. Tire rack gave me wheel/tire that did not fit. I have been arguing for a week now with customer service trying to establish that the wheel is too large for my hub. I originally called in a month ago and had a tire rack specialist recommend a tire based on my vehicle information. After bringing new tires to my local car dealership, a mechanic told me the wheel didn't fit, which I relayed to tire rack customer support. With no apology, they told me I was wrong, and asked to speak to the mechanic. Afterwards, they asked me to go back and see another mechanic, and this time to take a picture (my local dealership was kind enough to let me into the back of their shop while my car was up and take the picture below, which clearly shows a gap in the wheel and the hub). Each time I take the car to my mechanic, I'm charged ~$25.Immediately after taking this picture, I emailed and left a voicemail for the tire rack customer service rep. This was last Thursday at 11AM. I did not hear back that same day, Friday, as well as yesterday (Monday), so called again. When they answered, the customer service rep stated that it still wasn't clear that the tire didn't fit correctly.At this point, I'm really upset. I've never written a bad google review before, but it feels like pulling teeth trying to get movement on this issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but the tire rack employees (those I've spoken to) overall seem to be dragging their feet and really causing me stress (I already had to take 3 full days off of work to pick up tires, then have a mechanic take my wheels off twice).Again- I understand they are extremely busy at this point in time, with everyone in MN trying to get winter tires, the ongoing pandemic, etc. I have no problem with a delay- what I have a problem with is being told, after providing picture evidence and consulting with 2 mechanics, that we are in the wrong. I also don't appreciate being warned every time I talk to the customer service agent that any scratches to the tires will void some of my money back (seems like a threat); the mechanics only dealt with one tire (that's all it took to see the problem) and didn't put any screws in, so I can only hope that I am not going to get charged additional for this.While the misfit tire is my main concern, there were also secondary issues that cause me to give 1 star, dealing with communication as to when tire was ready and professionalism of lifters in transferring tires to my car (I drove directly to this place to try and save money).Similar to other reviews, I didn't receive an email telling me exactly when my tire would be ready. When I called in, the customer service rep said it would be ready on a certain day by a certain time. When I arrived, it wasn't ready, and they apparently had someone quickly (in ~10 minutes) add the tires to wheels and balance it. I'm no expert on tires, but I can't help but feel this rushed approach may not lead to the best balancing, and may even explain why the wheel size is not correct.When the person from the dock was loading tires into my car, he stepped on my directly on my bumper and made a slight scratch.Really, really frustrated, with seemingly no end in sight (I ordered tires Dec 8, still have the tires in my car, awaiting further instructions). I likely will not have new tires until Jan 2022 at this rate.Advise to potential customers; if I could do over again, I would have just purchased tires directly from my dealer and bypassed tire rack completely. I didn't really save that much money to begin with ($~1,200 for 4 wheel + winter tire set), and the additional time, travel, and stress associated with explaining to someone 10 times that the wheel does not fit (even having 2 different mechanics concur to the same effect), has caused me to write such a poor review (which in all honesty I hate to do, but I don't feel heard or helped at this point... The fine man (with a great smile) who was working the dock/loading my tires today was very quick. He made my mom and I laugh and we left feeling great about the whole experience. Thank you so much!
