December 2024 by Customer service is terrible
Awful customer service. The white girl cashier with glasses about 5'6 somewhat young and always talks down to people.. anyone who works there who goes there know who I'm talking about... (I'm white don't even try). She is a problem. I've seen multiple customers call managers on her. How is she still employed? She rolls her eyes at people; talks to them condescendingly; throws bags at people; AND MORE. I know I won't be back and while I can only tell a dozen people to not go there, it's just sad whoever runs this store as a GM and as a Front End Supervisor. There are a million other targets; go there. Either theyre incompetent or neglective, either one is scary; it's not worth the headache I promise you. No one should feel on egg shells shopping.

Consistentoy always a line at pickup in the store, with many workers walking around seemingly just chatting and catching up? Maybe a second person working this desk might be smarter

Target should teach the cart ret workers and stockers leave carts not to leave them closer to where people from both sides yield to each other

The Cashier I had, Keenan, was exceptional. I was short a few dollars on my grocery bill and this young man pulled money out of his own pocket and covered the difference rather than having me put items back. This was unexpected and I have a restored faith in humanity.

Use a lot for groceries. Good for food staples, not so much for anything special. It is easy to walk and bike to as long as you aren't entering from B.

TARGET: Roseville was the First and Original ONE, in case you didn't know! My mom brought me there when I was little, and you know what? It's just as much of a treat to walk in their doors now as it was back then.
Their prices are competitive on most items: better on many grocery items than Cub! (Ben & Jerry's ice cream + others, frozen pizza, salads, and many bakery treats! They may be a bit pricier than Walmart, but things are ALWAYS WAY MORE ORGANIZED, and easy to find, as are the employees who can help direct you to another department, if needed.
Their Women's Clearance clothing is all in one place, near the try-ons, so if you're in bargain-hunting mode you needn't weed thru the full priced things too.
Probably by now, everyone knows that other departments usually put their Clearance items on the Endcaps facing the outer walls; if you didn't? You're welcome!

While I was searching for something on the target app Dean felt the need to let me know the store is closing in 20 min, but said nothing to the other shoppers around me. I definitely will be opting for other targets.
