11/4/25....The ladies working tonight helped to make a stressful shopping trip fun for my friend and I. They helped us find colors and pieces that worked well together.....Will absolutely shop here again.

My mother and I were at the Rosedale store today buying jeans and knit tops. The checkout clerk, Kathleen seemed very put out and inconvenienced. Sadly, this isn't the first time this behavior has been noted in this particular store with other staff members as well. We'll go to another store in the future, perhaps the Highland Park store where they're always polite and invested in the customer.

First time I have been to Talbots at Rosedale. What a nice store! It is so well stocked with all the new fall styles and sizes. So many of the stores get picked over in sizes quickly. It is quite large and so fun to look at all the beautiful fall clothes. The only drawback (which is not a big deal) are the dressing rooms. They all need a fresh coat of paint and new carpet (the carpet was gross). It's hard to try on clothes when you are afraid to take your shoes off on stand on the carpet.
All the stylists were super nice. I will definitely be back.

Have to say staff were not at all helpful, not inviting. Just ignored me and my wife. Not the same as what we seen at other stores.extremely snotty, won’t be going back. Can spend my money elsewhere.

The associates were helpful but not too much so. I found the perfect sweater although it was not the one I thought that I would buy. Most clothing items are sized very large, not true to size at all. So be aware!My biggest peeve is that nearly everything used to be machine washable and dryable. As they have moved production out of the country, many fabrics used are no longer tagged as machine dry able. Boo!Just be aware.
