I love this yoga studio! I found it on the mind and body app. I accidentally found myself in a hot yoga class and ended up loving it. The instructors I have had are excellent. All levels of yogis are welcome. Studio is clean, and well thought out with nice locker rooms, showers etc. Clean! They also have a small shop highly recommend.

I had a last minute group request that Sarah was able to setup for me. I called maybe Tuesday and we were able to get the class set up for Saturday. We had a minor hiccup along the way, where my class was cancelled on Friday night because I called and left a message and it was not received. Aside from the minor hiccup, we were able to go in Saturday, our instructor Liz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most of us in the class were beginners and took her time explaining every pose and the significant of it. She was patient and asked us about what we wanted to do. It was a well spent Saturday morning, next time I hope to turn up the heat!

The instructors are awesome! All are very competent, and I've had at least 15 different teachers in the last two years. Each instructor develops their class, and makes changes regularly, to keep it fresh. Sometimes an instructor developed a series - the chakras, core work, etc. that last for several weeks. Classes are usually small enough for individual adjustments, and the instructors are always available to answer questions.

I joined S1 in June of 2018 and over the last year and a half have felt more connected to myself than ever before. Every instructor is so incredible, and the studio itself is inviting and clean. I love this place and wish I could go every single day.

I bought the 3 class trial. I just finished class #2 and all I can say is....these are my people. As a beginner I was apprehensive not knowing the poses, etc. They give you alternatives to poses you might not be up to by modifying to fit your needs. Teachers are gracious and humble and other attendees are pleasant and helpful. I've found a lifetime journey

They should refund account balances when guests are unhappy. To be clear not amounts for classes taken, I'm just aking for the pre paid balance which won't be redeemed.

Make sure to read their terms and conditions carefully. Your money will be taken regardless of if they provide any services. The classes were very disappointing.

As a professional hot yoga teacher in NYC, I can always count on Studio One Stillwater to bring be back to myself while visiting the inlaws during the holidays. Great teachers, beautiful studio, friendly members, smart sequences.

Be sure that you read the terms and conditions carefully. The studio has a decent Groupon rate but charge an arm and a leg. Very disappointed that they weren't willing to make an accommodation to my membership after I sustained injury that prevented me from attending classes for several months. Community is welcome as long as you have the money, like every other yoga studio.

I was going to studio one in Roseville and enjoyed the studio. I had used up my sessions and I paid $100 towards 10 more classes. Then I got sick, Lyme disease it took months to even get back from that before I had to have reconstructive knee surgery. So I was out of contact for a year until I got back to where I thought I could do yoga again. I contacted them and was told I was out since It was a year and I guess I only had a year. I never got work since I paid cash. Then was told I could have 90 days to get in 10 sessions. I didnt get to one since the only class I thought I could handle was gentle flow only available in Stillwater a long drive. Since I work full time I could never used any of it. My point is what difference does it make if there is one more person in a class. So really no money out of thier pocket. I asked for nothing special. You would think it would be run by people that really care about their members health but no. Namasta!!!!!!!!

I have been going to this studio for almost four months and have really felt improvement in my health from this practice. I really like the non-heated classes but they have plenty of hot if that's your preferred style. I like the focus on mind body connection and meditation along with the postures. There is more diversity in this studio (including age and body type) than I've seen in some of the other yoga studios in the metro.
