Big thank you to Kris!!! I was lost trying to figure put fabric for a sofa and ottoman. She listen to what I wanted and advised on fabric for pillows, sofa and ottoman. I can't wait to get them!!! Kris knows design!!!

Teresa worked with me to turn my lake cabin into a cozy, comfy cottage by combining old and new furniture. My husband never notices anything thought our cabin could be in a magazine now. That is one great compliment to Teresa's talent!!!

Many thanks to David Gray, (no relation) at HOM Furniture, again! I was looking forward to some additional accessories for my living room, and knew that I wanted to contact David to help me, with his great design eye. Success! I am looking forward to receiving my custom fabric ottoman, pillows, and circular accent rug. The fabrics he presented were perfect, and really took my living room to the next level.

February 2021: Teresa Brooks is amazing. She is a mind reader! As I wrote in my previous post almost a year ago, I'm near-clueless when it comes to design; I only told Teresa what I didn't want, i.e. man-sized furniture:) Teresa came to my house to measure my LR and we talked for at least 45 minutes. Shortly thereafter, I went to the Gabberts store in Little Canada. Teresa suggested that I actually sit in many chairs and sofas to make sure the one I choose would 'fit' me. She and I then looked at only a few fabrics, since I have a short attention span of 20 minutes when it comes to choosing fabrics. Again, Teresa was so patient with me. Long story short: Teresa picked out GORGEOUS leather for 2 perfect-fitting chairs, sofa fabric and rug. Thank you, Teresa! I KNOW I couldn't have done this alone.
March 2020:Teresa Brooks was so helpful to me. I'm clueless when it comes to design but she was so kind to me! I told her I was just beginning to 'think' about new LR furniture and she didn't push me. Very bubbly personality and it will be FUN to work with her.

Again, Teresa Brooks helped me choose a new sofa and chair. By now, she realizes that I change my mind 100 of times before ordering--yet, she is extremely patient! I order from Gabberts because the quality is great--and I know Teresa will help me!

Angela couldn't have been more disinterested and less empathetic. She took absolutely no initiative to problem solve when our delivery date was extended by several weeks, failing to even apologize for the inconvenience that this caused us.
Update - in continued disregard for the customer experience, even though the store has said they will reach out to discuss our concerns - we've heard nothing... Not surprised
