The store manager was very affable, knowledgable and not at all pushy. Trying out different beds and using the technology in the store to change firmness, support, and see where our actual pressure points were was very helpful in making a decision to purchase the the right bed

James was so great showing us all the different beds. He explained everything in great detail. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. I had my last bed for 19 years and there still isn't anything wrong with the bed. I wanted new technology and the beds now are even better than ever!!
