I came in with a lot of asks and specificities about a product I wanted and an employee helped me so much! They helped me find the right color as well. The exact shade I wanted wasn't in stock in store, but then they gave me extra sample sizes of it to use while I ordered it from online. Really friendly and helpful.

Zero problem solving skillsI called the Rosedale store to help me with 3 items that I purchased there, the lady that answered the phone wanted me to call 1800 number , I asked to speak to the manager and after the manager acknowledged their mistake didn’t even apologize instead she asked to return my money.

I just left Sephora and had the very best experience with the most helpful beauty associate Meghan, I have ever had in my entire life! She did a phenomenal job! In addition, her makeup was flawless. Thank you for helping me believe in your store again!

I had a great experience here. Madison helped me and I am someone that doesn't wear makeup and have never purchased it for myself. She was super helpful with doing a color match and helping me find products I needed. She wasn't like most sales people that will try to push random products on you that you don't need. I asked about different things and she had me just stick with the basic things because she knew it was a one time wear kind of thing. If I ever did decide to get into stuff I would look for her again.

My experience here was super sad… I am so sorry I wasn’t fully glammed up to receive wonderful service. I came to pick up an order and I thought my friendly conversation would have them actually care but nope! Completely ignored. Next time I will make sure I have a full face of makeup to actually be talked to.
