11/12: UPDATE - at 9:06am today, they sent me an email stating my appointment had been cancelled. Well...NO KIDDING. No one showed up yesterday. I did not cancel this appointment and I am STILL waiting for someone/anyone to contact me regarding a full refund.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. We had a windshield replaced on a fleet vehicle (9/27/24). There were supposed to be 2 techs with an 8am-noon window. The ONE tech who showed up late had excuse after excuse to not do the replacement. Another tech showed up for about 20 minutes and left.
I provided feedback via a survey after that visit noting the negative experience.
That vehicle now has water pouring in whenever it rains. The gasket looks terrible and clearly wasn't done correctly. I set up a warranty appointment and again, had an 8-12 window. It's 1pm and I am sitting here WAITING.
I called the customer service number and I will say, they are great. She was able to reach out to the Roseville shop but oddly, when she came back on, she told me the service manager there reported back that I was contacted and informed that our vehicle needed to be brought in for a "leak" test" and a mobile visit was not scheduled. THIS IS FALSE.
All of my documentation shows this to be a mobile warranty service call and when I scheduled, I stated I had video of the leaks to show the tech. Our phone and address are correct on all documentation. So, I'm wondering why the service manager there would flat-out lie about contacting me? I have texts from 11/1 and 11/11 stating my 8am-noon appointment was scheduled and it is warranty work. I have an email with the address, date and time.
The level of incompetence in this office is STAGGERING!

I was able to get in same day and get a chip filled in. They warned the chip may still have the same look but it’s filled. Luckily the chip was small enough for me to not even notice it any more. The appointment only lasted under 30 minutes. Good customer service.

I wanted to share my experience with this Safelite location. I originally had a rather large crack in my Model 3 windshield and my original appointment was scheduled for a weekday and when I arrived I found out that it may take 3-4 hours due to having to recalibrate my camera system and so I had to reschedule. While inconvenient, I understood so I scheduled it for a week later. That newly scheduled appointment ended up not working out, either, due to inclement weather so we postponed a week further. Once I came in for my appointment, I was promptly greeted and given updates on my replacement service throughout the morning and then just picked up my car and the windshield looks amazing! They also cleaned my mirrors and vacuumed out the inside as an extra touch. I’d highly recommend this location if you are willing to be patient and remember these are humans doing the best they can. Sometimes things don’t always work out perfectly the first time but that’s life! I’m just thrilled with my service and experience here so go give them your business!

Had issue with back window down. They took care of my car, got window up. Definitely recommended for customer service and glass knowledge.

I needed to get windows removed from an older truck that's not drivable. Since this is an unusual request I needed to talk to the local shop. But the only phone number I could find was for a national call center. They gave me a phone number that turned out to be for a local call center. They said they were not supposed to give out phone numbers for individual shops. It's too hard to work through this, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

If i could them zero stars i would. this safelite location is the worst one i have ever been to. I had to go to this place 3 times and still couldnt get my windshield fixed. Everytime i would get the run around (the windshield wasnt the right size, etc). Finally they said they would come to my house to install the windshield. On the day of, they call me to tell me they had to cancel. After this, i informed my insurance company and they set me up with a different shop. This location is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Don't let them change your wipers. Our wipers were working fine the day before Safelite came, but it was a little tilted. We asked them to adjust it in addition to replacing the wiper blade. The guy claimed that he was unable to fix it because the motor was corroded, and we needed a new motor. The wiper was not working anymore.
We took our car to a mechanic, and the problem was that the plastic arm of the wiper was broken. The mechanic replaced the plastic arm, and the wiper works fine now, no motor replacement needed.
The Safelite technician probably accidentally cracked the plastic arm while trying to fix it, but blamed the problem on a corroded motor, which was not an issue to begin with.
They did fine with the windshield replacement, which is what they're trained to do, but don't expect them to be knowledgeable about cars.

I dropped my Audi off at this Safe Lite in St. Paul, on highway 36 for a simple windshield replacement. Dropped it off with store manager, Ryan Stob. Returned the next day to pick up the vehicle and found about $4000 of cosmetic damages in the interior of my car. Urethane was all over the interior of the car and required replacement of the entire headliner and other parts. Broke my rear view mirror and broke the seal on the driver side door. These damages were not report to me but I found them myself. They have no integrity. My headlight and side assist are malfunctioned amongst a host of electrical issues with the cameras. My car is now towed to an Audi Dealership and of course SAFE LITE is being unresponsive on taking on the bill of so far $4400 in damages sustained from a simple windshield replacement. Audi dealership ended up replacing the windshield again because Safe Lite didn’t use a recommended windshield. The store manager, Ryan Stob has no integrity. He told me to come pick up and car and didnt feel like telling me anbout all of the damages. Audi is still inspecting my car and I’m assuming more damages will be found.

Mark (05FEB) was very helpful. I came into the store frustrated from being hung up 4 times by automated customer service portal. Mark provided a personal touch which was very appreciated.

I took my car to this location to get a tiny crack on my windshield repair. I was driving down the highway and out of nowhere a rock hit my windshield causing a crack less than an inch.I thought it would be an easy fix being that it so small and unnoticeable. When I picked my car up from Safelite, it looked (repaired), however a few months later the crack appeared…. Like nothing was ever done to it.The technician obviously did a poor job.I called Safelife to report the issue, and they told me that they can’t do a repair twice so they will have to replace the windshield and charge my insurance again. This place is a rip off! If you guys cannot repair the smallest crack, how can anyone trust you to properly replace an entire windshield!!

The staff that helped me were awesome. First tried filling the crack and said I could pay the difference for a full replacement if I still wanted more than what that would/could do. They then ordered and replaced some missing windshield covers for me at cost as a courtesy.
