We've been sending our son to this Kindercare since he was 8 weeks old and he's now 15 months old. The Director of this center, Sharon, is incredible. She answers emails and concerns day or night (even when you're not expecting a response until Monday and you've emailed after center close on Friday). My son is in the infant room. You can tell that he loves his teacher, Ms. Toung, and she teaches him so much and so patiently. The teachers here seem to love their jobs and their kiddos. Since Sharon took over as Director (right before COVID hit), everything has gotten better in my opinion. They were patient and kind to parents about when the parents wanted the kiddos to come back. They have a great health check policy - this center has had 0 outbreaks of COVID-19 and I truly believe that's to the amazing staff and their constant cleaning and hygiene as well as the parents who send their kids to this center. Ms. Winnie is also a favorite of my son's - she checks him in in the morning and "walks him to class". Seriously top notch teachers and staff - love this Kindercare! A+++++

We've been sending our kiddos to Roseville Kindercare since my oldest was 5 months old. She's now in the Preschool Program and my youngest is in the infant room. We love it! The teachers have become like family and my oldest talks about them all. the. time. They're both always coming home with projects they did and my oldest is constantly singing new songs she learned and telling me about the games they played. Most importantly, I'm continually amazed at the general life lessons she learns there. Like saying "bless you" after someone sneezes (first time she said it to me I was blown away - like "I didn't teach you that, where did you learn that?!"). Or covering your mouth when you cough. They even taught baby sign language! Kindercare has helped me potty train, wean off the bottle and the paci, and countless other things. And now, amidst a global pandemic, they've taken a number of steps to help ensure my babies' health and safety. My family would be absolutely lost without Kindercare Roseville and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to trust with your little loves. It truly takes a village and we're grateful they're part of ours!

Our little girl thrived and loved it at this Kindercare! All of the teachers in the infant room A are simply amazing! They made the transition from maternity leave to going back to work SO smooth and easy by treating our baby with so much love and care. Each day we were greeted by a teacher who would either give cuddles or give our girl her favorite toys to play with. When we would pick her up, the teachers gave thorough updates on how her day was, what she worked on (rolling, sitting, etc.) and what she may have struggled with. They had the cutest little art projects to send home as well.Bekah, the director takes SO much pride in running this place and finding the best care takers for your littles. Even though she didn't work directly in our baby's room, she seemed to always have a pulse on how things were going with her all while keeping the place running smoothly. The only reason we had to say goodbye to this sweet place was due to our family moving further out of the city. My husband and I can't say enough good things about this daycare and encourage others on the hunt for daycares to check this place out. You won't regret it!

We've used another Kindercare before but we like this one better. The director and the staff are amazing. Our kids loved it there and learned so much.

As a former employee I think this place is the worst place you can put you kids in. Teachers do not pay attention to the kids. Lots of verbal and physical abuse. Management doesn’t look into issues when they come up. No sick pay no vacation pay. This place is not for kids. Not worth your money.

I normally do reviews only if I'm happy with a service and I only have good things to say about this daycare, people was great with our son, very loving and friendly staff, specially Danielle , Sondra, Stephanie, Megan and Kari in the Infant room. I would totally recommend this place for your kids, also you have Starbucks drive thru right across the street, that's a plus.Price is average for a day care but not the cheapest for little ones, but we all know it will be like that so no surprises there, Becka is super friendly and helpful.
