I bought a salvage title vehicle a year ago, and brought my car in to have some fixes done. I was told that salvage titles can sometimes cause problems, so I was prepared to have outstanding issues that couldn’t be resolved. After paying a diagnostics fee for each issue, I was given the amounts to fix each item. My Apple CarPlay was $400+ charge for diagnostics plus resolution. After agreeing to pay this, I was informed that the CarPlay was unable to be fixed, but I would still have to pay the $400+ charge. I pushed back on this, stating that diagnostics should be able to check if an issue is able to be resolved by the GM team or not. Thankfully, half of the charge was refunded to me, but only after I complained and Jeff conferred with his general manager. I next time, I’ll bring my business to a third party auto shop rather than the dealership.
8/18/24 update: I emailed the below address immediately after receiving their response to this review (one week ago), but have not heard anything back.

Had a less than ideal experience in the service department. I called to get an estimate on a transmission flush, and I got quoted $350. I asked if they could verify that number and confirm that for my specific truck (2018, 6.2L, 8 speed transmission), and they said yes, still $350. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, I wanted to confirm one more time, and they also confirmed it would be $350. After about 20 minutes, the service advisor walked out and said it would actually be $500 since they need more fluid in my truck than what they originally quoted. This is what I was afraid of and why I asked twice to confirm that it would be $350. I was disappointed in both the lack of knowledge of providing estimates and also the confidence that they said twice that the estimate was accurate, when in reality it was not. They apologized and took off $75, but this service was still $75 more than I had expected and to some people $75 is nothing, but to me it was significant. I will likely be taking my business to a different chevy dealer that pays a little more attention to detail.
Update: I reached out to the email as the owner recommended and they responded and said there was nothing more they were willing to do to rectify the situation.

On a Sunday night - I found a Chevy 2500HD in my price range and desired mileage. I sent an email inquiry. Monday AM - Clem Schiele responded and set up an appointment. Over the next few days we had severeal opportunities to interact. They gave me a fair trade-in value, fixed the stuck tailgate and overall delivered 5 star performance. Due to my memory issues I could not locate the original title. They were very patient & understanding. Very friendly staff (all of them) and extremely helpful. I thought Friendly Chevrolet had friendly staff but Rosedale was far superior! Clem was an example of a great salesman and over my lifetime he had to be the best used car salesman I've ever worked with. I hate buying vehicles! But Clem made the process as EZ PEAZY as possible! Thank you so much!

Kyler at Rosedale Chevy is awesome! I’ve been coming here for years and he’s the nicest and most approachable, kind salesman on their floor. I recently purchased a Chevy blazer all thanks to him reaching out when the perfect one became available. He remembered me from over a year ago and stepped right up to help (in a friendly helpful way - not like most car salesmen who are pushy or overly eager). Kyler made buying a car a much less stressful and frankly, an over all better experience! Thanks Kyler!

Jeff, who was my service manager was excellent. My appointment was during the system outage and he did everything possible to make sure my experience was not affected by the challenges of the system outage. He went above and beyond to not only meet my expectations, but surpass them as well. He was also great with communication in regard to my vehicle. Was a fantastic experience thanks to Jeff.
