I have worn redwings for 10+ years. Disappointed that I will have to find a new supplier of work boots. My boa lace system broke and instead of offering help I was told to figure it out myself. Left with boots and no laces for work. No offer of "come in and we will see what we can do for a new pair of boots" no time line on a replacement part. Just "I'm just the one day a week guy" no resolve or sincerity in trying to help a customer.

the man at the desk got me a good deal on shoes he was trying to sell off. I told him my profession (arborist) and knew what boots to get me. I liked that Red Wing has my previous purchases in their system too.

Over the years I have bought a half dozen pairs of boots here. Good service. Never more than one other customer in the store, so there is plenty of time too check out and buy the right boots.
