Went in for noise on brakes no free inspection paid $22 told to watch rear brakes and it would be $600 to put just brake pads on went and bought pads and had a friend put them on $55 for pads and gave friend $40 to put on saw back wear indicater was digging into rotor did not have to buy new rotor most likely not going back.

These guys are very fair and honest. I recently brought my car in for some unknown issues that it was having. They didn't mislead me or charge me for things that weren't needed. I am beyond grateful for that!!!

This is a little overdue, but MAN, what amazing customer service. I’ve been jumping around trying to find places to work on my car for honest and reasonable prices and this place is it. My friend stumbled upon this place for a Groupon deal and I got my alignment and a wheel bearing replaced here.
I mentioned how I’ve been scouting around quotes on so many other things and they ran a diagnostic for me on the house to see how their prices compare and they beat every single one.
I personally got to work with Leif, the manager, and he’s so nice to work with! He was able to work around my healthcare schedule to get me in and out and I’m so appreciative for the work they’ve done for me!
Thanks again so much for all of your help and I look forward to working with your business again. Thanks for making a girl feel comfortable going into an auto body shop without feeling judged because “I’m a girl”. I feel, as a woman, I/we tend to get taken advantage of in the auto world and this is just not the case here.
Subaru friends: go here! Screw the dealership because they are trash from my most recent experiences.

I bought a Groupon to get an alignment here. My husband had just changed the tie rods so the alignment was off. I called and they told me if I can leave the car they would have it done by lunch the next day. I dropped it off right before closing. They took it right in to be ready to be taken care of first thing in the morning. I told him I had had bad experiences with other auto places and alignments. He assured me they do good work. When I picked my car up right after lunch it was ready and the alignment was perfectly straight. The guy i talked to at the desk, I believe he said his name was Leaf?, was polite and great to work with. I will definitely be coming back here again. Thanks for a great job!

I'm sure revenue, sales & team morale have gone down significantly since Leaf has been in Management. If I were to give any advice I'd recommend getting new management immediately! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Go Anywhere else and give them your service instead! False advertising, rude backhanded comments, disrespectful, waste of time!
