I liked the pillows, sheets and mattress covers I bought. Coupons saved me a ton...and at the end of the day if someone's political views bother you so much, don't buy their products. I personally buy what I like , because I don't have to agree with everyone ,I just have to be tolerant and respectful of those I disagree with.

Darcy D gave excellent guest service. From his friendly presence, to him giving context on the owner of the company & promoting his book-but in a genuine way. Loved how easy he made choosing which pillow type to get as I could tell he knew what he was talking about with the differences! Thank you so much & take care Darcy D. God bless.

Overpriced sacks of foam chunks. I threw 2 out and bought moderately priced pillows at Target that can be replaced without breaking the bank.

Don't BELIEVE THE CONSTANT ADS - INFERIOR PRODUCTS!! Bunch of phony BS. We bought a couple of pillows at Bed, Bath Beyond, against the recommendations of the clerk, but my wife fell for the advertising - they are cheap, uncomfortable and the ads are BS. RETURNED THEM. MY wife also bought the sheets, and same, same, nothing special at all, can get better for less at Macy's, Target, Walmart or Costco even. The power of ADVERTISING, but really, do you think these TV ads are free - they are extremely expensive, who's gonna pay - WE are! PLUS, now i hear owner, MIKE, on TV is a right-wing NUT - a supporter of that criminal psycho Trump, so I'm glad we returned the items! ...I recently saw the guy Mike Lindell on Youtube, and he's a lunatic, believes in these absurd Conspiracy Theories...his brain is shot from being addicted to all the drugs he used.

The customer service is abhorrent. After being ON HOLD for well over an hour, I got a disgruntled rep who clearly didn't give a crap about making me happy. Placed an order ages ago and still no sign of it in tracking or my mailbox. She blamed ME for not being patient! After I told her that I can do without the snarky attitude, she got even angrier(probably because at first I called her 'sir' because I thought she was one(I have to admit I did feel a bit badly about that..). But NO excuse for miserable service- if you don't like your job, GET A NEW ONE. Not my fault she's works a minimum wage job listening to customer complaints all day. I ordered his book because it sounds like Lindell has led a rather interesting life- after this fiasco, I will not be buying his pillows(even though I love that he's a Trump fan...)

Horrible response from Bonnie in Customer Service when I was considering a re-order on a new pillow top and sheets but when I brought up my concern with the owner of MyPillow Mike Lindell, a Trump lackey, claiming today on national TV on how he could cure COVID-19 with his new supplement where he stands to make millions on the sale of it, she said she's not there to be political and hung up on me.

These pillows are horrible. They feel great for 3 months and then hurt your shoulder. And the owner is a Trump supporter.
