If I could give negative star review I would!!! I purchased a ring there about a year ago and the stone keeps falling out. I asked if there is a way for them to tighten the prongs that hold the stone in place. The person that answered the phone made it seem like something was broken on there which there’s nothing broken, and very rudely and unprofessional like said that is not a service we offer which I do not understand because there’s nothing broken on it. You don’t need a welder or anybody with anything specific to do, you just need to place the stone in it and tighten the prongs I don’t get how that’s not a service you offer if I purchased something from you guys. Your employees are very extremely rude. I do not ever plan on coming back to Pandora for anything and I would definitely tell anybody who even thinks about going there about this experience and how rude your employees are.

I bought a ring and paid over $200 and it tarnished and wore in less than a year span. I have jewelry I have paid way less for that is still holding up way better. I went into the store and the associate at the time told me that's just how the jewelry is, when I asked about the warranty she said it was only for the stones. I cannot believe I paid $200 for something that is so fake, cheap and will tarnish this horribly! Don't buy jewelry from here, go to Amazon or Target as I have and the rings have held on way better for way longer!

The store was busy when I went so I had to wait outside in the mall hallway briefly. The woman helping me was quick to get what I wanted and wrapped it nicely (I got a single charm for a gift). There could have been a sign saying to wait until someone could help you because I wouldn't have known if there weren't others waiting in front of me.

Stopped in tonight to find a Birthday gift for my wife from the kids. The employees were all very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Courtney who helped the kids make their decision for mom. She was very patient, kind, and professional. We will definetly be back.

I absolutely love this location! The women here are knowledgeable and extremely friendly! 10/10 will be going back! The manager Alexi and the assistant manager Paige were so helpful and sweet! Their recommendations were spot on for what I was looking for! I'd highly recommend visiting this store over MOA, I was welcomed in to this location unlike at MOA.

Giving a 1 star rating because i cant go lower unfortunately. Ive been shopping here for so long now ive never had problems up until recently. Back in September my boyfriend bought me a necklace, there was a promo added to it so we got a free charm bracelet with it. It has only been 6 months and the charm bracelet has already completed broke. when I brought it in to see if they could fix it for me, the women ACCUSED ME of smashing the bracelet. And told me she couldnt and wouldnt do anything. By far the worst pandora ive been to. Staff was a joke and Very rude.

Went in September 4th to bring back a ring that had lost a stone they said I needed my receipt but didn’t tell me if I didn’t have it I can call the store to get a copy email to me; I had to find out from calling the MOA. They were Very rude no smiles, no conversation I just ask for the ring and left out. worst customers service ever. I will never go to pandora again in Roseville. Or ever purchase from pandora again. I rather give Tiffany or another jewelry store my money.

Read the multiple bad reviews about customer service and was hoping that maybe there had been some improvement or turnover and that it could be different. I had awful customer service. If my wife hadn’t asked for a pandora bracelet I would have bought it at another store. Going into the store as a man with my son looking for a present for my wife the day before mother’s day; I was clearly a customer looking to spend money. Instead I could barely get an employee to talk to me, let alone actually help me with what I need. Will venture to MoA if asked by wife to return for anything more.
