I have done lots of business with this company over 30 years and they really disappointed me in the last year. This time I took a flat tractor tire in for repair. They plugged and patched a hole. A couple weeks later it was flat again. I took it back thinking it might be a new hole. I told them if it were the same hole to put in an inner tube. I picked up the tire and learned it was the same hole but they plugged it again and I did not get the tube I wanted. The first bill was over $60 and to fix there mistake cost another $40. They quoted the price for a new tire as less then $100. But I requested a quote for the same tire and they quoted the wrong model.
The original repair was done at Norm’s tire, it leaked and since it is such a long drive I took it to Discount Tire to try and repair it which they did for free. It leaked so I took it back Norm’s tire. Regardless of the cost if I wanted a tube put in they should have done it or called me.

Gave them every bit of info for my Rim sizes and tire sizes i wanted put on and they said they would do it to drop it off and the next day would be done. The guy i talked to on the phone was very nice and even said they stretch tires of his own there, When i arrived the owner was the one who talked with me and was complete opposite of the guy on the phone. Owner was rude and told me they wont do it and was very short with me and had an attitude with me the whole time. Once i got annoyed his attitude became even worse... Wont ever go back or recommend for anyone. complete waste of time

Once again Norms did a great job on my truck. Came in not sure exactly what I needed done and I was very pleased with the end result. Definitely did not overcharge or try to find things to fix that didn't need fixing. In other words I fully trust these guys and recommend them with confidence to anyone who needs some work done to their vehicles. Thanks Nick. You will be seeing more of me when the time comes for more work to be done.

I have used Norm’s Tire multiple times now for new tires and tire repair. They are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have fast service and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them to all and will continue to use their services.

These guys are great. While I did have to wait longer than expected, they took care of everything for a very reasonable price. I got enrolled in their rewards and felt like I was in great hands. It was miles ahead of the last shop I tried, and I felt like I could actually trust that they would help me out. I love that they have community events and really treat you like a valued customer. I'll be bringing my car and my husband's car here for maintenance from here on out. Shout out to Nolan, and all you guys for the local feel. ?

I want to thank Jim and all the people who just worked on my Nissan Altima and installed my Hub Centric rings on my aftermarket rims - long story short- the place I went previously where I got my rims never installed Hub centric rings which made my car vibrate - i went there 3 times just to have them find out that I needed them - I didn't trust the shop anymore - was recommended to come to Norm's and the same day I got them all taken care of in less than 1 hr. Jim showed me kindness and respect as well as their whole team! I will be going to them from now on - and hope others do too!

I was in a pinch after running into some issues at another shop and given some information that didn’t sit right. Nolan listened to what was going on and gave me some great insight over the phone. I brought my car in spoke further with Nolan, and Mycoal took a peek. They were able to accurately diagnose the issue and get it taken care of in a timely manner. I am very pleased with they’re speed and professionalism.
