“Moved from CA to MN and was much cheaper than every other pod shipping service. I worked with Gwen and she was very helpful and kind. Answered all my questions expertly and even emailed with me at 9pm on a Friday when I needed to switch my delivery plan.Customer service line sometimes had a long wait and there is no way to get directly in touch with the rep you worked with or the local shipping offices which I found a bit frustrating. There was also an issue with a last minute reschedule of when my box would be dropped off to pack. This is when it is frustrating to not have direct lines to local shipping offices, but the local dispatcher in NorCal gave me his personal # and helped find a rescheduled date that worked for me. A bit stressful but it all worked out.Boxes are wood, but sturdy and nothing broke! If you’re moving cross country and looking to save some money on your move, this is a great option.”
“The 3 movers arrived on time, they were clean and polite and did not mind waiting a few minutes while we wrapped up. When we were ready the movers quickly uploaded all boxes and furniture to the truck (they delivered empty boxes to our location a week before the move and we packed everything ourselves). There was no traffic, so they arrived at our new location very quickly. The movers placed the furniture and boxes in the correct place which made unpacking very easy for us ! Thank you”
