I stopped in to the store at Rosedale today and the Retail Service Manager heard my story AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 3 MINUTES FLAT. (I'm sorry, I can't recall her name right now, but she is awesome!)

“It's Wally world... cash your checks, wire transfers, fishing license, buy lottery tickets, ATM, exchange your coins for cash, get your groceries, crocs on your feet, oil for your car, seasonal items such as grills and chainsaws. Always a nice stroll pretty quiet for a Sunday morning in late may of 2022.”
“i am shocked to read any bad reviews of this place. i’ve been going here for years for all my screen protectors. i’ve covered many cell phones and ipads. i recommend them to everyone. i am always remembered when i arrive and just last week i got my ipad fixed. i wasn’t sure if it was even fixable but it was and it was efficient and affordable. i think they’re amazing and i hope they never leave me.”
“The first time I came here the worker accidentally checked me in wrong so I was waiting for quite a while. Thankfully one of the other workers noticed and started to help me right away. When I normally would have been frustrated they were all so kind and were great the rest of my visit.
Most recently I needed to go back to have my phone looked at again. Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I needed to back up my phone and decided to sit and wait. While I waited for the backup to finish he went to help other guests, checking in with me between each one to see where it was at and to see if I was doing okay. When he was busy with another guest he asked Christian to finish getting my phone set up. He was great and also helped me with any questions I had and checked in with me as I waited for everything to load.
