Great experience for sure. Inquired online and received a response quickly. I asked for additional photos and videos and had it within 30 minutes. Business office was great, not pushy and was great to work with.

Scott exceeded all expectations in assisting with my recent purchase of an Escalade. Traveling from the east coast specifically for this purchase, I greatly appreciated Scott's consistent communication via text, addressing every question and concern promptly. He also provided additional photos upon request, which were not available online, ensuring I had all the information needed. Scott remained an outstanding host, providing excellent recommendations for lunch and ensuring our experience was seamless. Scott's professionalism and dedication were truly impressive. I would confidently purchase my next Cadillac from him sight unseen, knowing I am in good hands.

I recently purchased a 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Luther Cadillac and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The dealership's claim of a thorough inspection before purchase turned out to be completely unreliable. Within days of buying the vehicle, we had reputable shop flag numerous issues that Luther Cadillac's service department had either ignored or deemed insignificant.
To make matters worse, promises made by the dealership regarding repairs and maintenance fell flat (saying they weren't going to fix future repairs because they didn't need attention "right now"). It took an excruciatingly long month to get even the simplest of issues addressed. For instance, they failed to change the visibly dirty cabin air filter that was supposedly changed during their inspection. This oversight not only compromised the air quality inside the vehicle but also highlighted their lack of attention to detail and customer care. (was told that because it was a charcoal filter "its made to look dirty").
Both the sales and service departments were shockingly unhelpful throughout this ordeal. Attempts to communicate and resolve these issues were met with indifference and delays. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with Luther Cadillac. Given the poor quality of service and the dealership's failure to uphold their end of the deal, I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from them.

chase was very helpful and open minded when helping me trade in my vehicle. he took the time to understand what kind of car i was looking for and found the perfect match for me even though i wasn’t originally planning on trading in. it’s nice to have a young and professional salesperson such as chase because he can better cater to the younger customers that may walk through the door, such as myself.

What an amazing young sales person we had! As we came to review a car, Chase was thrown to us to help make our experience outstanding. Our first sales person was unavailable, we made an appt and our second sales person was unavailable, and along came Chase!
He was professional, listened to what we were looking for, and made our expectations soar. He kept us informed through the whole process from driving to buying, teaching us how everything works and we drove away happy HAPPY customers.
Thank you Chase for making this so easy. You are amazing!

By far, the worst used car dealer in the area. Drove 4hours to look at a vehicle in person (that I'd asked for photos for previously--including the undercarriage). They convieniently wouldn't send photos of the undercarriage citing "they forgot". I get there and take a look underneath and it's nothing but a rust bucket!! Wasted 8hrs traveling to and from this place. Highly unprofessional.

My adult child needed to purchase a replacement vehicle this spring, after their current vehicle died. We had a terrible experience with a dealership in Rochester--showing up for an appointment to purchase a particular vehicle, only to find it was being sold to someone else at that time! The dealership reaction was exactly what gives Used Car Salesmen their bad reputation!
Well, a couple weeks later, my child had identified Luther Cadillac as a dealership with a vehicle that would serve their needs. They were connected with salesman Ethan, who communicated well--and mentioned another vehicle in stock that might be a good option.
We showed up, not knowing what to expect, after our terrible previous experience elsewhere. We were pleasantly surprised with Ethan's friendliness and professionalism. We test-drove both vehicles and asked a number of questions to help with our decision. Ethan easily answered our questions.
We left the dealership late afternoon on a Saturday, wanting to do further research Sunday, while the shop was closed. My child had great communication back and forth with Ethan, and we returned Monday to complete the purchase.
Although Ethan ultimately sold my child a used car, he definitely does not fit the stereotype of a "Used Car Salesman." We would be happy to work with him again on a future car purchase, if the opportunity arose.

I had a really good experience buying a car from Chase Mansell. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure I found a car and a deal that worked for me. I would definitely recommend Chase to someone I know looking for a car.

Recently purchased a 2022 CT4-V Blackwing from Luther Cadillac. I am in Alabama, Luther Cadillac is in Minnesota. Initially my sales experience was good but after 4 trips to my local DMV trying to register the car I was told by the DMW the dealership didn't possess the title to the car they sold me. Bought the car in January and here in April after three temp tags have expired I am still waiting to be able to register my car. After having reached out to the general manager someone from the dealership finally got on the phone to talk to me. Their solution was what I already knew, hey we haven't forgotten about you we are working on getting the title from the state. I now have a $62k car that by law is illegal to drive. When I mentioned not being able to drive my car I was told well if you get a ticket we will pay for it. Awesome right? When purchasing a used car from this dealership, even if it was a certified pre-owned Cadillac inquire and ensure they have the title on hand.
