I love this Jiffy Lube in particular. it's always fast and the guys are great! there always seems to be enough staff to keep the cars moving through.

I had my rear brakes done in February. A couple of weeks later I noticed a ton of noises coming from the rear. It got worse and I brought it back in. At that point, an employee jiggled my car around and said there was nothing wrong. A few days later the rear wheel totally seized up and I had to have it towed to a shop. There they found that Jiffy Lube had left several old parts in the brakes that had become wedged into the brakes. The cost for fixing the damage done by Jiffy Lube far exceeds the original cost to replace the brakes.

Oil leakage after oil change two times in row. One time the staff drove to my apartment to fix it under rain but the other time I needed to drive to the shop and fix it. The customer service over the phone is the worst experience.

Great service, speedy, can wait in my car while car is being serviced, I had a oil change done an was told my air filter needed changing so added that on also.

We went through with our Yukon for an oil change. It was ridiculously priced. We usually go to Midas and will return there. No more Jiffy Lube. Cost was almost $50 more than Midas.

These motherfuckers gave me the most expensive oil change of my life and I went to get my breaks changed 7 days later at my home town place and they said my oil was nasty! They obviously did nothing and I hate them!

I was feeling guilty after 14 months of having the same oil in my Garage Queen sedan, so I went in expecting to spend at least $100 on an oil change. After the manager looked me up in the computer, he said no change is needed. They topped off my washer fluid and sent me on my way.

A week ago on August 19th 2020. My brother and I drove in to get an oil change. After leaving one mile down the road our hood flys up and smacks right into the windshield, busting the glass. The guy who closed the hood, who also happens to be the store manager, Muhammad failed to secure the latch properly on the hood. For OBVIOUS reasons this is extremely dangerous and we are lucky no one was injured. Now they have refused to reimburse me for the damages to the hood and windshield that happened as a result of their negligence. I mean really how hard is it to close and LATCH the hood, especially when that is what you do for a living!! Also, Muhammad refuses to give us any contact information of any persons above his position. I am highly disappointed in this place. Just another auto place scam!!!

Jiffy Lube is amazing. They do great work, they don't push you to spend extra money, their price is better than most other mechanics, and their customer service is out of this world. I take my car to this Jiffy Lube anytime I need a service they can provide. They have replaced lights, windshield wipers, batteries, and taken care of my oil changes since I've owned my own car. They are extremely underrated for how wonderful they are. I'd give more stars if I could. Keep up the good work Jiffy Lube!!!!
