“I like this store. Small and family owned. It's quiet with a lot of space for parking. It's also convenient since it's on a path I take regularly. I recommend it.”
“Shopping at a liquor store is generally a rare occasion for me. I just don't drink alcohol very much. However, I do like to keep some alcoholic beverages on hand for the occasional need of a shot of whiskey to take care of a persistent cough and/or scratchy throat for medicinal purposes (I'm allergic to many OTC and prescription drugs). It's also nice to have a little mead (fermented honey) with a nice dinner at home, once in a while, or a cold light beer with lunch on a hot summer day.Since I recently ran out of the usual alcoholic beverages, and I was near the MGM liquor store in Roseville on Larpentuer, thought it was a good time to stop in for a little light shopping there. With a wide selection of items on the shelves, and many varied prices from too expensive for me to reasonable ones, I was able to stay within my tight budget. The staff were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. They were friendly and professional. All in all, I'd say my experience at this store was pleasantly positive.”
“Things were not on the shelf. Although I had assistance the employee could not locate the stock that came in that AM. The shelves above the isles, had no organization.”
“Great selection of wines and a nice walk-in cooler for beers (local/16oz options are plentiful). I've found many wines that I've loved and there's always a nice range of prices so I can find something for everyday or special occasions. They also have a very generous selection of THC seltzers.
I love stopping by on Friday after work for the tastings. It's a treat on my way home and I always find something new.”
