I had got sized for a new bra over the weekend, and after wearing the bra's they were really uncomfortable, So I called the store and with no hesitation I was told to bring the bra's back in, well I did yesterday, and I wanted to express how helpful Megan was she had about 10 minutes left to work but she didn't leave till I was correctly sized right ,and found the perfect bra's!! I wanted to say thank you Megan!!!

Megan and Joycelyn were amazingly helpful staff! They helped me put together an outfit that made me look and feel great (not an easy task for a plus -sized woman like me).
Although the store is well over an hour away from me, you can be sure that I'll shop with them again.

The manager has zero guest service skills. Felt like a complete bother when I asked her to call another store to see if they had an item I was looking for. Kindness costs nothing but goes so far. Not a location I will visit again.

I went to Lane Bryant to exchange an item I purchased online. The sales clerk was fantastic. She helped me find the item I needed plus offered to help me look for others items I might be interested. I ended up just doing the exchange. Although this Lane Bryant store is a good distance from my home I would visit again. This was my second time to this particular shop and both times the staff has been very helpful and pleasant.
