I had a very positive experience shopping for treadmills at Johnson Fitness in Roseville. The sales person Bryant was attentive and very helpful, answering all my questions about the build of the various machines and also demonstrated how to lubricate the belt when I asked (as I was not sure of that part). I would not hesitate to recommend the salesperson, the neatness of the store, the many varieties of machines you could try, etc. and I felt very comfortable asking questions.

An update to my 1 star review: the regional director got ahold of me as soon as she saw the review and helped me get a refund for the mats I returned. It was still a very frustrating in store experience, but I am glad they made it right.
We purchased gym mats 6 days ago. The employee working there said that if we didn't need 2 or 3 of the mats, it would be no problem to return. Brought them in to return today, and we were there for a half an hour, and I ended up just GIVING THEM BACK without any refund. The sales person called the manager to get approval because apparently they can't accept returns on accessories. He got approval. The original guy didn't put it on our account, so since I had lost the recipt, the guy today could not find our order in the system. They aren't able to look up orders with orginal credit cards. And they are not able to do a manual return. It was very frustrating. I didn't want to waste the mats, so my only choice was to just give back the merchandise.

We needed a replacement for our Horizon treadmill and we got it right away. Delivery and installation was seamless. They called before they came and took out the old one without any issues.

Bought an exercise bike from here. They never called or set up a delivery date for over 7 weeks. Canceled order.

Purchased a new ~$7,000 Matrix treadmill. The installation team did not properly level/balance the machine & the store refused to come out and fix the problem.

Salesman was dishonest about the product I purchased. I bought an Echelon bike because the salesman said I did not need a subscription to get the basic info like speed and distance. When I assembled it it does not display anything without a subscription. Asked if they would take this model in on trade they said they would give me 25% of the original purchase price. I will sell the bike online and purchase from another store. Very Disappointed!!!
