She never made me feel in a rush or ever made feel like my indecisiveness was keeping her in any way. She worked to show me options of other things I might like to help make my decision. “I first went to wedding day over ten years ago when I proposed to my wife. They were awesome from start to finish and never felt rushed or pushed to buy. I thought of them recently as it will be my wife and I's tenth wedding anniversary. Her ring no longer fits and I have always wanted to get her a bigger diamond anyway. So I headed into the location today and they are just as amazing as I remembered them being. They even talked to me about bringing the ring into to resize if she wants to wear both the new and original. They have great prices and even allow for layaway if you need it. Great place and a great company.”

“The store was busy when I went so I had to wait outside in the mall hallway briefly. The woman helping me was quick to get what I wanted and wrapped it nicely (I got a single charm for a gift). There could have been a sign saying to wait until someone could help you because I wouldn't have known if there weren't others waiting in front of me.”
