If you are a person of color, you are going to have a hard time at this store. The sales people are all retired white ladies and they will follow you everywhere, even if you come empty handed, they will be still around you. Take your business somewhere else and avoid being harrased.

I went to J. Jill looking for some new work clothes and Jeanine was incredibly helpful. She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. She encouraged me to try some things on that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered and I’m so glad I did! She has a great eye and the service I received from her and the other friendly, attentive associates that evening was top notch. Thanks again for making my shopping trip easy! I’ll be back.

Such amazing customer service at this location! J.Jill was my final stop one afternoon. From this day forward, it will always be my first stop. After feeling quite invisible at Ann Taylor and Talbots and walking away empty handed, I was delighted with just the right of attentiveness at J. Jill. I purchased several pieces at J. Jill that afternoon and could not have been more pleased with the service. Congrats to the J. Jill staff who know how to make their customers feel valued. ☺️

The sales associates here were so kind and helpful. It actually made my day. The woman helping customers on the floor and the cashier were both enthusiastic and kind to me. The sale was great and I found a really nice shirt. It was my first time shopping here and I will definitely be back.

I worked with Samantha and she was so helpful and fun to work with. She helped me by suggesting pieces that work with a long torso, and alerted me to sales. I will definitely be back to this store!
