Bankers were nice, short drive up wait time more or less. The policies this bank has is ridiculous!! They took over TCF yet they won't cash a TCF check unless I have a bank with them. You don't even cash your own customers check,you have a 1 star rating, why would I bank with u?

Different employees everytime i enter the bank. The male employee i encountered today was super rude and disrespectful! I will look for a bank that has a actual customer service, not some scetchy ramdom guy from India that i cannot understand.

Went in to open a checking account for my son and get asked a million questions about my finances not related to this bank. Ms. Bosa was very unprofessional. She said it’s procedure. Now Huntington is calling me weekly about purchasing insurance.

At about 140 PM on Saturday Feb 24 I deposited $300 that was a gift of charity at the Roseville Co. B Branch ATM. At exactly that time, while the machine was counting the cash, someone or something tripped the building sprinkler system. The ATM reset and I lost any credit for my now inside the machine deposit. I called customer service but they were no help and dropped the call on me. Meanwhile the fire dept showed up. Today, Monday morning the 26th, Roseville Co. B was CLOSED with NO SIGN on the door! I went to Lexington Ave at Lola the Branch Manager documented the situation carefully and immediately followed up with regional management. I was recredited the deposit. I was very impressed with her attention to detail . . .

The definition of predatory banking. Do not take a loan out from this bank and how they don't buy your car loan note. It's almost impossible to get auto pay set up, and their systems and reminders are intentionally set up to not be helpful.

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Super unprofessional and unorganized. The older manager who claims she is a branch manager is a mess, has terrible communication, and is condescending.

Ever since the transition to Huntington, I’m so much happier with this bank branch location. The staff if friendly and helpful. The services offered to small business owners makes banking here much more convenient. New service offerings include online transfers from account to account which TCF did not allow for small business customers, free signature/DBA stamps to help expedite the deposit process, and consistent communication about ways to get more including money market accounts and CD options.

Huntington bank put a hold on a cashier's check from my wife. The funds were needed for a down payment on our first house. FAILEdit: Now they wont let me transfer the money and suspended my linked account. I will be ending my relationship with Huntington. Too bad I didn't sooner.

This branch is no better than any of there other locations. You get afforded the opportunity to wait in line 30 minutes to see the single teller they have working to cash a single check.

Huntington Bank in general is by far the worst bank I've ever banked with. Predatory and deceptive fees. To close my business account was such a nightmare and far from simple. They make everything more complicated than it needs to be.
