Prices are reasonable. The selection of women's clothing always seems to be the same. Now they are charging for a shopping bag. With all the money this company makes there's no reason to be nickel and diming the customer.

beware of h&mh&m actively has a employee in the fitting room throwing up! poor girl should not be working. as i was sitting in the waiting area i saw a manager go in fitting room to grab some stuff and didn’t even acknowledge her. um hello she’s beat red and sweating, send her home!save this employee please!nobody deserves to work in that kind of environment where nobody cares.lost a customer

i sadly have to say i’m never shopping with h&m again after today.i was shopping with my family and brought my daughter to the fitting room and saw an employee with green hair in the fitting room throwing up. i had asked her if she was okay and if she needed me to get a manager for her and she stopped me and said “no because i will lose my job”it is winter, it’s flu season and if you haven’t forgotten that we are still in a pandemic. h&m disgusts me that they make their employees work when obviously unwell and don’t care for their shoppers or employees health, sorry but canceled for me

Not impressed with the customer service. A mannequin was wearing a sweatshirt my daughter liked. It was the last one in the store. I was told by an employee they could not sell that sweatshirt to us because then the mannequin would be naked. Based on a previous review it's clear they value their mannequins more than their customers. Even my daughter could figure out they could put another shirt on the mannequin. Really??

One of the managers or employee came up to me rudely telling me not to touch the mannequin with an attitude, and it made me felt very uncomfortable. Especially when I was clearly only touching the shirt fabric. Be nicer next time it doesn’t cost anything. I would be fine if she asked me nicely but no she wanna be super rude. Should have gotten her name and report to corporate. And tell them TO PUT A SIGN “DO NOT TOUCH MANNEQUIN” on it.

I enjoy the inspiration this location gives. The fine details add to your shopping experience. This location gives a warm and cozy. Easy to find in the mall, right outside the Macy's. Product is abundant, doesn't matter who's shopping, men, women, kids, they have it all. This location is always busy, the mall is pretty popular and this location gets a lot of attention. An overall experience, if you're looking to get a different experience, come to this location. I'll be back.

Very friendly team. There was a long line but they were incredibly efficient, so the line moved quickly. I had a return. Bryan took care of it with a smile. Yay Rosedale H/M!!!

While it is a good brand but they don’t have a lot of variety here (in the Roseville). They are also short staffed because there is no one around most of the time so that one can ask something.

Horrible, they over charged for a kids pants. It could be so they can pocket the extra money. The pants was less than 20 bucks and she charged us 59.99 for a kids pants. People double check your receipt. Employees steals by over charging and then pocketing the money.
