I shopped today and I was notified that the item was Final sale after I made the purchase y ask the cashier that usually stores have a signed at the tags or by the item to inform consumers is a Final sale she said all Red tag 🏷️ item are Not refundable I work in retail and I think 🤔 is very poor way to inform the customer is a final sale is very deceiving because ir was not sign especially the recibe do not said that in written

Made a purchase on the 11th of oct. paid with cash and chose not to get a receipt and bag. employee didn't offer me to type my email for the membership as always. i shop here at least twice a week, so i know everyone does that step of offering to type the customer's email.
size was not appropriate, so i went in the next day with the item and its tag. Manager spoke to me and i told him the timeline of the purchase and he refused to do a refund, or an in store credit, or an exchange. He didn't even put in an effort to lookup the transaction and give me options. THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO SAY NO, learn that manager.
its your employee(that's been working for 4 years) didn't offer me the email step. i walked out leaving the item on the counter and told them to recycle it.
i bet they put a new tag on it and put it back in the inventory.

Bought a pair of pants here today and had an awesome experience. Zane went out of his way to help me find the perfect fit, even pausing what he was working on to make sure I got the right size. At checkout, Jennifer was super kind and friendly and helped me get signed into my rewards account with no hassle. I had a similar great experience the other day when I came in for a dress shirt — Zane helped me again and even price matched it for me. That kind of service really stands out!

Absolutely Terrible customer service. The folks working today on 6/16 (roughly 5:30pm) are not helpful, dismissive and rude!!! Will not be returning back and will warn people moving forward.

Would not return or exchange item and were not willing to work with us at all. Purchased an item before their apparent policy change. So the receipt associated with the shirt purchased stated a policy that they would not honor. Then there was another item that we were interested in purchasing but unfortunately it was on a mannequin and they refused to sell it despite the fact that it had a price tag on it... and were also were unwilling to offer any other suggestions or help look for similar items as we could not find it anywhere else. Employees did not seem to be able to think beyond the spot they were standing in. I would not consider this a great retail store.

Prices are reasonable. The selection of women's clothing always seems to be the same. Now they are charging for a shopping bag. With all the money this company makes there's no reason to be nickel and diming the customer.

beware of h&mh&m actively has a employee in the fitting room throwing up! poor girl should not be working. as i was sitting in the waiting area i saw a manager go in fitting room to grab some stuff and didn’t even acknowledge her. um hello she’s beat red and sweating, send her home!save this employee please!nobody deserves to work in that kind of environment where nobody cares.lost a customer
