Tom helped me out so much! I came in to make sure I would be a standard women's size for clubs and he was so helpful and even gave me some pointers! I'm just starting out, and he made sure he got me into a nice standard starter set. He didn't try to upset me into anything I didn't need and was honest that even though I didn't plan on buying today, his patience and amazing service made me change my mind on my own! Walked out with a new det of clubs that I'm so excited to try out! Thank you Tom J!

I did an iron shaft fitting with Nate. It went better than expected. Nate is a very knowledgeable fitter, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get fit for any part of their bag.

I had a swing analysis and got fitted for a set of clubs at Golf Galaxy in Roseville, MN. The experience was very good. They get ordered online. I called two weeks later and the person i spoke with condescendingly explained it takes 5 to 7 business days. Well it had been 2 weeks. I had called on a Saturday. They indicated they would check with the company on monday and call me back. I did not get a call back. I called on tuesday; turns out the order never went through. Now again, i am told it will be 5 to 7 business days. Lesson here: if they order from the store, call again to check that the order went through. Then call them back to confirm. Do not accept their word for it.

won't go back here again. Store seems somewhat desterted. not very busy and when i asked if they could regrip my clubs within the day they said they would need two days... to do a job that would take 45 minutes. My impression is that they are lazy and have zero customer service skills. I am going to PGA Superstore. they said they could do them while i wait. And, while i wait, i am going to buy a new driver and some clothing. Golf Galaxy just doesn't care about customer service or lost business. when i told the guy that i was going elsewhere, he actually laughed. guess the joke's on him as i'll never shop there again.

Used to go here for all my golf needs. Not anymore. Went in today for new grips. Stood in the grip area for over 20 mins without being spoken to by an employee. Even though both of them would walk right past me, look at me, one guy even picked up something off the floor right by my foot. All without a single acknowledgment. Mind blowingly terrible customer service

If this was the last "golf store" on the planet, I would give up golf.So called "experts" are clueless!If you plan on going for a fitting, good luck.Moat of what you want to try is not available.

I love this store! It is a bit dangerous though. It seems that every time I go in for balls or tees I walk out with a new club too. They have excellent stock and selection as well as super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Being a Scorecard Rewards member is definitely worth it. It's the one stop golf shop!

On their website it says that they will price match other stores. So I had an email with the sale price of a push cart and they refused to match the price. The problem was the price was just too low for them to sell it... I went down the road to 2nd swing and saved myself $100 on a brand new clicgear push cart!
