This is not a Fed Ex Office or whatever the other, more customer focused thing is called. I.e. you probably can't use this place's services. It's like an industrial shipping warehouse.

It was a little out of the way for me to drop off a package that had to get returned.

No complaints, fast service, especially if you already have a label. The same person has been there every time I went, and she was fast and efficient in all cases. Shout-out for managing not to snap at the rather-condescending person ahead of me in line, during my last visit I would not have had her patience.
