I still have not received my package. I was at home when you say you delivered it and nothing was delivered. Furthermore, there’s no picture in the delivery! Every time I’ve received shipments you always take a photo and now there isn’t one?! My neighbors do not steal, your workers must have needed my packages bad. That was my son’s school clothes and now I have to replace it! I have contacted everyone possible via phone and website. I will be calling corporate until I find out what is going on.

VERY hard to do business with. I explicitly ask all my vendors to avoid FEDEX freight in MSP. Other freight vendors are much easier to work with.

Have over $10,000 of equipment/material being shipped by FedEx and they’ve failed to deliver over 3 times.Definitely don’t recommend, especially if you’re shipping for your business.

Deliver driver arrived, stated he can't unload due to a health issue and Fedex is attempting to charge me for "refusing delivery".

Horrible. Lost my freight, lied, hung up on me - terribly rude. Can't tell me where my 8 pallets are or why they are lost. I asked them to call me back when they found them and no joke, they said I would have to pay a fee for them to call me with an update on my freight that THEY lost.

Waiting over 40 min now for pickup a will call item from dock 78. I call their 800 number (Florida), get transferred to the terminal in Roseville (where I’m at)- phone keeps ringing and still no one - goes to a survey because no one picked up. The worst part…I have to pee now! This is not going to end well.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF THE WEIGHT ON THE FORKLIFT SCALE! I recently shipped a crate and they claimed the weight to be double the actual weight. The crate was 295 pounds and they claimed it weighed 595 pounds. My wife and I carried this pallet from my garage into the back of my vehicle. I waited almost an hour to unload this crate and after waiting so long and being late for my next appointment I didn't snap a picture of the scale. LESSON LEARNED! Having shipped this exact same item several times with several different carriers I know the weight quite well. NOW I'M BILLED $170 FOR THEIR MISTAKE!

Worst delivery service ever! Never called to notified that they have cancelled the delivery or to reschedule delivery. Reschedule 3 times and even on the third time they say that theyre going to be delay another day or two! They have my packages for a month already. If I can choose who my package gets delivered I would never choose FedEx Freight in Roseville, Mn

I had scheduled delivery appointment at 5am. Now it’s 11:20pm and still not empty. Such a shane for this huge organization. Waste of time and energy.
