the waukesha location sold me 5 bad "refurbished" alternators each one left me stranded on the side of the road in under a week period for each... finally gave up on using the poor alternators provided and bought and a new one at autozone and haven't had a single issue and my vehicle is still running.. I am now fighting to get my money returned to me as I no longer have any of these poorly remanufactured alternators in my possession but FMP wont give me my money back!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY AS WELL!!

By far the Worst company i've dealt with. Have or had(Just closed the account today) $700 in credits from new parts i returned since march to september 2019(either because they were wrong or never used) and they tell me that i only have $144 in credit(today11/19). this is the 2nd time they do this(1st time it was roughly $200 so i let it slide) this time i made sure i was only ordering things i wouldn't have to return. But sometimes parts are wrong etc... and you have no choi

I work in the boise Idaho location and I got to say I can’t be any happier and feel so good to wake up and head to work . They people and atmosphere at Factory Motor Parts is amazing. They are down to earth and if u need help they got u. When I put my application online I got a response from the HR manager in Minnesota The following week and had my interview that same day with her and the same day with the manager at Boise Idaho location and got hired on the spot they did everything they can do to get the process going to get me started. I’m so glad to have a job and be apart of this company.
