Went in with some questions about bike cleaning service and the technician answered them quickly! Then the actual service was extremely fast, I was quoted a 24hr wait time but it was finished not even 2 hours later! Excellent customer service and good prices too! Erik’s is the best chain bike shop!

Eriks always gives me a slimy selling experience. The only reason I went to Eriks is because it is the only Aventon repair store. I needed warranty done. Aventon would reimburse up to $50 for the labor. While the store would not give me an estimate or even agree that they could do the work for less than $50, when I brought it in the price was miraculously exactly $50.
I never feel helped or that the vision of the company is to provide service. I only feel as though the only thing they want is money. I avoid Eriks when I can. Unfortunately it is the closest and largest option, but I look for alternatives.

The service was great. We were a bit disappointed, however, after learning that the coverage plan that we were sold only covered a small portion of repairs/ tuning. This wasn't clearly discussed with us at the time of purchase. In fact, we were led to believe that by buying the additional service plan, most common repairs would be covered. Turns out, that wasn't really the case.

Had a tire issue right after getting them newly installed and the Roseville and Dinkytown Shops helped us out greatly with a replacement tire! Thanks Guys!

This is a conflicted review. I'd previously had excellent service done at this location, but more recent service had serious issues that should have been caught by a mechanic test ride, and which were not fixed properly by follow-up service. I'll unfortunately be going elsewhere for future service.

My bike is worse than before, also they offered to check my bike in 4 days when I went to pick it up they "forgot" to work on my bike

Brought my bike’s front wheel in for a spoke tune. Erik’s repaired the wheel that day but charged $34.99 instead of the $30 that was stated when the wheel was dropped off. When I discovered this upon picking the wheel up the bike tech said I was lucky they didn’t charge $100 for a full wheel build.

The sales person at Roseville (minneapolis/st Paul) was super knowledgeable, patient, kind, and friendly. The Aventon bikes are high quality, come with great promotions, and the store had plenty of options to choose from. Everything was neat, tidy, and organized.

I brought my bike in yesterday needing a new rear tire and tube. They promised it back in 24-48 hours, but it turned out to be only be 2! I went for a 26 mile ride today with no issues. Awesome!

I brought my bike in for a tuneup, a couple of hours later I got a message saying it was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant surprise it was ready that fast. Also all of the staff is over the top friendly and helpful.

Amazing place! Very non judgmental about people who’re just learning how to ride a bike and don’t have much knowledge. Not at all afraid to show you the most adorable options when it comes to different things, and fixed both of my breaks free of charge!!! Definitely come here if you ever need stuff for your bike ?

Everyone was amazing. I am a recipient of the MN state eBike rebate and when I tried to pick up my bike there was an issue with my certificate. Everyone tried to work thru it. I called MN they tried to help. Came back another time and we tried again still didn’t work. Next afternoon the store manage called and said it was all set to pick up. Nothing but kindness and apologies for something that was outside of their controls. Great experience at the Roseville MN locations. Thank you
