I had received a rental car on December 11 evening staying at a hotel next day it rained and snowed so roads were bad never drove the car next day I go out start the car there's three chips in the windshield because of the heat and the cold the windshield splits now I had called Enterprise and had told went back to go return the car they go get it fixed 2 months later they want to give me a bill for it after tax time also to exchange the vehicle for another vehicle they were pulling the same thing on another lady on the windshield I will not rent another car from these people and I will not pay for their windshield they can take me to court I will not pay it they are the worst company I've ever dealt with somebody does something to the car they want to put it on the next person that rents It took 2 months later give me a bill really it's funny when I dropped it off nothing was said why were you I wouldn't dare rent from Enterprise cuz something's wrong from the person before they're going to make you pay for it I will not I've been upfront and contacted them and everything on what's going on it's ridiculous they need money and they're trying to get it out of me ain't going to happen is this what you do to all your customers I feel sorry for the lady I saw them trying to do my car came from California of course it's going to have a chip in it from being on the freeway to Minnesota and again I'm not nice try Enterprise so for you people that read this I wouldnt reñt from them cuz I sure the hell ain't going to ever again

The day of my reservation pickup did not start off very well at the Roseville, MN rental location but after 20 minutes of dissatisfaction of the selected vehicles & delegating for a more safe, reliable and economical vehicle to drive back 400 miles (6hrs) from Minnesota to Naperville, IL., in store customer rep, Connor Brackeen went out of his way and came through for me with a vehicle that made my trip back home enjoyable and mostly, safe! I would like for him to be recognize for his excellent dedication to customer service satisfaction!

I rented a full-size sedan (for a second time), from this location. I was pleased with my overall experience! Thier customer service was A+ and they worked with me on time, as I was late due to some minor scheduling errors on my end.The rental was cleaned inside and outside when given to me. I would highly recommend anyone to this location, or any Enterprise overall!Roseville location your staff is amazing!Looking forward to doing business with you all in the near future!! Thank You!

The customer service at this location was incredible. My original rental wasn't big enough for my family. I called to ask if I could switch vehicles. They had me in and out within 5 minutes. I highly reccomend this location.

Always a great experience at Roseville Enterprise. Edwin was awesome! Greeted me as I walked in. Courteous and professional. Very nice to feel like a valued customer. You don't get much of that today. I was a bit early but Edwin got me checked in and on my way in no time.Thanks Edwin!

Had a minor misunderstanding and communication about a rental agreement and the new branch manager atthe Roseville Location and the assistant manager helped me in ways I never thought people would help ! They both were completely understanding and helped fix things with no issues and also no hassle with fixing my rental agreement . I wish they had these guys at the airport enterprises haha . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS ENJOY THERE RENTAL! 100% recommend this enterprise to anybody having troubles with getting a rental !

When my coworker ran into my car I needed to have it repaired. My repair shop told me it would take approximately 2 weeks to repair it and I needed a rental car. My coworkers insurance was paying for the rental car and they use Enterprise. I was very pleased with their service. They were very friendly and explained everything in detail on how the process worked. They delivered the car to the repair shop on the day I dropped my car off and they went over the paperwork with me and documented any existing damage to the car and when finished I signed the contract and away I went. When my car was finished being repaired all I had to do was drop it back off at the repair shop and give them the keys. I was so happy with my experience and if I need a rental car in the future I will be going with Enterprise. Thank you for making my rental experience easy.

I rented a car this past weekend and the customer service with enterprise was amazing. The front desk worker was kind, patience, and very understanding to my needs. If I had any questions I could always call and they would accommodate me. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a car. ?

Excellent from start to finish! CSR was fabulous!! Only downfall, considerably more expensive than the competition.
