“I received a dash cam as a gift and after a bad experiences with Best Buy Geek Squad I found this place and they exceeded my expectations. From the beginning when they responded to emails throughout the entire process I was so pleased with their customer service. I even had a concern about the placement of my rear camera and for no additional charge they switched positions based on what I was wanting. I also experienced the rear dash cam all of a sudden not working and again for no extra charge they took a look at my system and discovered it was the camera itself. “it's a good best buy. Basically just any tech you could need you can find here. Some enthusiast stuff like specific keyboards won't be here but most of what you'll need is here plus the geek squad is a good place for basic electronic support.”
