Meredith did a fantastic job helping me pick the correct top. I was being difficult about what I wanted, and she showed me a great selection, and in the I left with two designs I am fond of. She was lighthearted, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable of the store layout and what options there were for me to choose from. Her witty banter at checkout was excellent and made me leave with a smile.

They really flood your email with sending 3-4 emails a day with their bogus coupon or discounts that basically all brands are excluded from. Even after requesting to be taken off the list.

Excellent customer service provided by Meredith and the manager. Everyone went above and beyond to find my sons requested items. It is more like a boutique store given the personalized attention to detail the staff offers at this location under the leadership of this new manager and the team effort to fulfill your requests! The only request would be to provide frequent coupons. This location is a best kept secret! Enjoy!

DXL has really gone down hill.
From the price you pay for a shirt and pants, to just the way they do business.
I most likely will not continue to do business with them any longer.

I had a phenomenal experience at the Rosedale location. I was assisted the entire time while still paying attention to other clients in the store. I was assisted in finding my true size for both slacks and dress shirt. I was so pleased that I will definitely return to this location even though it is further from my home.
