9 out of 10 experiences I have had here with pharmacists or assistants I would describe as A+. 9 out of 10 experiences I have had with customers… not so stellar. Don’t listen to the bad reviews here. The staff work hard under demanding circumstances and are very courteous, even in the face of customers who are rude, demanding, and entitled. Respect breeds respect.

Every time I pick up my prescription they give me the wrong medication. I have been patient multiple times, but this time they were not even apologetic. Did not have the courtesy to offer solutions to the same problem that i run into every single time that i have a pick up.

Avoid this pharmacy, even if you just have questions, unless you don't mind rude responses. They are extremely short and dismissive with customers, and it seems to be not just a one off thing. I have had this experience multiple times with multiple different people.

Been on hold forever and it's only Wednesday afternoon. Not sure why my employer partners with CVS. I will continue with my great service at Cub Foods Pharmacy.

I thought I would give them a chance after the first incident, but after the second one I felt a review was required. I will say that most of the staff is helpful and kind, for which I am grateful. However in both instances for which I am complaining the same employee was not only rude, but caused both my wife and I to feel like we were inconveniencing him by coming to the pharmacy. I don’t know his name, but he wears glasses, probably in his late 20s, and never wears a pharmacy uniform. Once my wife and I move I look forward to never giving CVS our business again.

Called to ask them if I could pick up my script at this location instead of my usual CVS. The guy sighed and said that means he has to call my usual CVS and they’ll make him wait on hold forever. Uh... sorry I guess?

I absolutely love the service I receive from the Pharmacy staff each and every time I go there. Also, I appreciate the reminder text messages to reorder refills and the text messages reminding me to pick up my meds. My meds are always ready in a timely fashion. The Pharmacist is always readily available for questions regarding your meds.

Staff are consistently rude, unhelpful & dismissive. I'll drive quite a ways to go to another pharmacy due to the horrible customer service at this CVS.

Never called or let me know my prescription was on back order, waited to hear from them, went to the pharmacy to see if it might be ready and the tech was extremely rude and offered no solution. I have been trying to fill this prescription for 10 days through CVS and I did it in 1 hr through Walgreens. Will never use them again!

Very rude. Received text that Rx was ready by noon. Went to pick it up at 6:00pm on the way to the airport. It wasn’t done. They said it would be 30 min. No apology. I told them I needed to catch a flight. Pharmacistbegrudgingly filled it and then rudely refused to ring up my Advil and cough drops with a snarky response. I left and went to Walgreens for the OTC items. My dad was a pharmacist and I grew up working in his drug store and pharmacy. I could never imagine a pharmacist being rude like that. The thin guy with brown hair and glasses should find a job where he doesn’t need to interact with customers. Better yet, just learn how to be professional and get a demanding job done while maintaining common courtesy.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS how badly the pharmacist Jessica treated me when asking a basic question. She lied, hung up on me for "arguing" when trying to ask a question, and then when I called back she referred me to another pharmacy and hung up. Jessica deserves to lose her job, point blank. I'm not alone according to the dozens of other reviews either.
