My brother and I worked with Creative Results and Realtor DOU HER as first-time home buyers. Dou nicely outlined the home buying process from the beginning. She was in constant communication during the entire process and provided prompt answers to all questions we had along the way. We closed on a home this month! Thank you!

Very unhappy with the service we had. Our realtor didn't communicate with us much. we pretty much had to clean out our entire house which we are still living in before she would even talk about a contract. Our contract was 6 months in that time we never had a for sale sign out front. Never called us when she said she would, never sent us listings of homes to see, and was on vacation every other week. When we did see a few homes she told us she wouldn't put in a contingency offer until our house sold first. All in all, we didn't sell our house or buy new.

Worked with Realtor Dan Har on multiple transactions. He is very professional and walked thru the process step by step. Very easy going and transaction went smoothly. Review below regarding Dan not communicating with his client is false. Dan was my Realtor and represented me, not the reviewer, Dan notified me immediately and I took care of the issue.

This is not a realtor I would choose. Lisa schedule a showing and she never showed up or cancel the showing. This is not how you do business. Stay away from her or this agency. I wish I could give her zero star.

Dan Her aka Dang Her was a terrible communicator as my buying agent. He was slow to return my texts or messages and often gave vague answers after my bid got accepted. When I addressed this issue, Dan got defensive and passive aggressive. He also blamed me. I’m not perfect, but I expect my realtor to talk to me, explain things to me, and support me during the whole process. Dan might also have a problem working for women. His language was sexist and dismissive.Four days before closing, I learned the seller’s repairs weren’t up to standards based on the signed contract. It was stressful. And Dan made it worse. There was no support from him. I again told Dan I needed communication and transparency from him. I said I was anxious and asked him what my options were if the seller broke the contract. Dan tried to bully and scare me to accept the poor and incomplete job repairs by the seller because I received an earlier credit (which my lawyer later informed me was a separate issue and not just cause for the sellers to not fix the repairs.) And Dan never did inform me of my options. I had to contact a lawyer. The last time I contacted him, Dan rudely and coldly told me that his job wasn’t about “catering” to me and to stop asking him questions about my future home. Again this was four days before my closing date. I finally called his broker and worked with him until closing. It was a nightmare working with Dan. This should have been the happiest and most celebratory time in my life. But working with Dan made it absolutely awful. Finally, please remember that when making the biggest purchase of your life, Dan Her doesn’t “cater” to his clients — his own words.

We have worked very closely with creative results with many of their projects. Through every project their time has constantly had their client involved so we could provide them the best outcome. We highly recommend creative results for the Twin Cities area

As a first time home buyer with a limited budget, Xou was able to help us find the house we wanted for the price that we were limited to. As always, the process of finding a suitable home for my family is an extremely stressful one. Everyone whose been in the process knows how picky a spouse can be at every detail, one small dislike and a potential home turns into a 'no'. But Xou at Creative Results took our pros and cons and narrowed it down to a few houses, and after a few small searches we finally found one that's suitable for us.
Whether you are a first time home buyer or not, Xou would take a step further in ensuring that you find the house that fits your needs.
