The first time we worked with Al was back in 2003. My husband designed my engagement ring and the process was seamless and the outcome? I constantly get compliments on my ring to this day and we're still married almost 17 years strong. A few years after we were married, my grandma passed away. I inherited her diamond solitaire and found a single diamond stud. Al helped me design a gorgeous necklace with both of these items. It turned out perfectly and holds wonderful memo

Allen did my engagement ring and wedding band for my wife and it was amazing!! Everything was beautifully and artfully crafted, and Allen was very affordable and timely. Would recommend to a friend and will probably go back!

I recently had an engagement ring designed and created with Allen's help. The entire process went quickly and smoothly. Allen was able to help guide me through the design process based on pictures I brought in and I was able to see the lose stones before hand as well as a wax cast of the ring. I cannot recommend Consumer Direct enough and will be going back for any future jewelry purchases.

Allen of Consumer Direct Jewelers is amazing to work with. Together we designed the ring and he incorporated pieces from my other jewelry. The technology he uses is great to help visualize what will result from his craftsmanship. He takes pride in his work and his years of experience is reflected in the final product.

My husband and I commissioned Allen to make my engagement ring from a similar ring design I found. I had never done anything like this before and was clueless and nervous about it. Not only was he professional, extremely knowledgeable, and personable, but he made made the ring perfectly. Making the ring turned out to be a good experience for us. It helped that he made us detailed digital images of what it would look like. He really cares about making your jewelry comfortable and long lasting. Three years later, we still go to him for cleanings and repairs and he has always been responsive and accommodating. If we weren’t moving out of state, he’d be our life long jeweler.

Allen Lenz the owner has assisted us in a couple of speciality items and is always helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. This place is A+ for service and variety of diamond's, pendants, anything you might need.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service, the jewelry and just glad to know that they are still in Roseville. They can make anything and definitely worth shopping. I had some Jade from my mom that they were able to put in a necklace and earrings. It turned out beautiful. I have diamond earrings that we picked out the stones from their inventory and had them mount them in a setting of my choice. I love these earrings. They have also done work on my mothers ring, wedding set, anniversary ring and diamond bracelet. I highly recommend this company
