I have been using Chase for my business banking needs for the last decade, and when the Roseville, MN, branch opened a year or two ago, I was eager to see if they could live up to the high standards I had come to expect. I’m happy to say that they have exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire team, from my banker Daniel to Rebecca and Joel, has consistently provided top-notch service, ensuring that all my banking needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Their personalized approach and commitment to customer satisfaction have made my experience at this branch truly outstanding.
Despite being a newer location, the Roseville branch has quickly become my go-to for both business and personal banking. The in-person experience is exceptional, with every visit marked by warmth and attentiveness. Whether I’m handling a complex transaction or just stopping in for a quick question, the staff always makes me feel valued and supported. Very disrespectful, I made an appointment with a certain Joel, at a certain time but the irresponsible person did not arrive and the employees only told us that he was not going to arrive and that someone was going to help us. An hour passed and no one arrived and they didn't tell us anything. Do they think that only their time is important? I would never recommend this bank.

Drove 2 hours because they said they could help us, they couldn’t. Told us to wait 10 days. Then called us 45 mins out and said “we didn’t have you sign it you need to come back”

Josh Peterson the Branch Manager at the Roseville Branch along with his employees and Chase corporation is the worst bank I have worked with. After figuring out my Title Company never paid my escrow. I went into the Branch to work with someone to fix the issues to my Mortgage. With Josh guidance on paying off the Insurance, Taxes he would be able to fix the account, Fees, ESCROW to be removed. I came into the branch with the paperwork he requested and he then stated" there is nothing he can do to help moving forward. I should probable refinance my loan" With all his emails stating what he was going to do and what I should do on my payments. I was able to reach out with a Chase Rep in their mortgage department which stated." Josh does not have the credentials or position to tell the customer what payments should be made or how to handle their accounts" The Rep did help and Honor What Josh told me would happen. I was able to get my credit back, fees removed, escrow removed and 5887.00$ back in fees Chase owed me. The whole process working with Chase Bank was a nightmare and would never suggest any one opening account with Chase Bank and Specially working with Josh Peterson .

Asked for a printed bank statement to verify my address, was told they usually print an alternate document because it is "easier" and the license branch should accept it. Easier for who? Not me! Will never visit this branch again.

Employees in the branch are nice people, but dont seem to know processes well. I was told by Chase corporate that I need to bring some mortgage documents into the Branch to have them Faxed to their HQ. Brought the docs in, the branch either didn't Fax them or sent them to the wrong place. This resulted in me being 3 weeks behind schedule, plus just a waste of my time.
