I have a chronic illness I can not obtain meds for, even though it's been a month aince my insurance approved it. I also have mental health issues and dealing with this pharmacy has cause two mental health crises for me in less than a week. They still keep saying they don't have insurance information after I've sent it via messaging twice. I'm sorry for anyone that has to use this pharmacy.

You will not have a worse experience today then calling them. The worst customer service, unethical, and awful to deal with. Go somewhere else if you can.

If I could give them no stars I would!! The customer service is so bad. One says one thing and another says another thing. They need to train their customer service team. I still do not have my medication.

I have been a customer for many years. I get an order every two months and then re-order has been delayed or screwed up. Somehow I wish these people will get their stuff together. This is very frustrating.

It took a while to get to the right person, but once I did, the team at CVS Specialty Pharmacy was on the ball and extremely helpful and caring.Thank you CVS Specialty Pharmacy!

If I could give CVS Speciality Pharmacy zero stars I would but it's not an option. My health insurance changed and I was forced to use CVS Caremark. Horrible costumer service! No employee knew what was going on and I would have to call daily just to try and get my Cosentyx injection. It took ONE month just to get one weekly injection dose. Not a single employee apologized to me for my medication being late.

The WORST EXPERIENCE late sending the medicine transferred to so many different sides I was on the phone for 4 hours and nothing resolved now my love is out of medicine and the representative couldn't even find the account this company doesn't even deserve 1 star horrible

I like to leave the lowest rating for ALL CVS specialty pharmacy business! It is simply nightmare pharmacy service especially for the patient whom some medications are critical for. So many bad experiences with this service, missing medication, late in delivery, no communication if there is any issue on refill order and so on. Most recently, they held off shipping my medication due to their system glitch, and never apologized their issues or mistakes even though I could not be miss a day of medication that I ordered 3 weeks before. I will do my best to stay away from this pharmacy...

Prescriptions never arrive when they are scheduled to. I need to get ahold of them every time my prescription is late and they still don’t have it sent out. Specialty prescriptions are very time sensitive. Biggest joke of a company, but don’t have another option due to insurance coverage

If I could give cvs specialty zero stars I would. Sitting on hold for 47 minutes so far with CVS specialty, to try to figure out why they're not sending my patient his prescription.One reasonable expectation of any pharmacy is to answer the phone. CVS staffs so miserably in every aspect of customer service as that they can never seem to meet this very low bar.

cannot give 0 stars. been out of my meds for a month. both myself and my psych doc keep getting hung up on. worst customer service, expect a minimum of a dozen calls, most of which you cannot connect to an actual person.

I've been trying to order my prescription for over a week now. I am on hold almost everyday for an hour waiting for someone with an attitude to answer and then having to explain the entire situation every single time as if they have no records or idea of anything that has happened. Today's story is that I don't have prior authorization, except that I do. I guess I will just figure out a way to live without my prescription. Thanks for nothing!
