Amazing employee. Took my son for his 1st birthday and although he didn’t know what was going on they made sure to give him the full experience and we walked out very happy. Even purchased an extra Halloween bear.

Went with my partner to get some water bears! Cara was an absolute delight and did all the fun cute magic stuff with us regardless of us being adults. They made for a great experience :)

We go here pretty often either to browse or buy something and everyone is always SO FRIENDLY even if it's super busy. My daughter loves going to pick new animals or accessories for the animals she has.

Over all a good experience I came here with my friends to get matching monkeys, one of the employees were sewing up the other two monkeys and the other employee was sewing up the other one he unfortunately did do a poor job sewing and caused the one monkey to unsew and the stuffing to fall out the employees name was I think Lance he even claimed “he could tell which one he sewed.”

I love build a bear, I have spent $100’s.More recently I went in and bought a bear and the worker cut the tag without asking.. I didn’t notice until it was too late. So make sure you let them know I guess. I’m upset because the rest of my collection has a tag except my New Purple Kuromi. S/o to the worker ?

Wasn't horrible but the worker didn't give an experience at all, just stuffed the bunny and gave it back.
