Other car washes that I frequent charge $7-12, with the $12 wash being the "premium" option. I stopped at this BP for a wash for the first time. The CHEAPEST wash option was $10, ranging up to $20. No descriptions were posted. I got the $10 wash, and it was literally rinse, soap, rinse. No undercarriage rinse, no polish, and the dryers were set too far back to even dry your whole car.

I stoped at the gas station at 9 46 pm need add some gas emergency to go home after along day working and the cashier refuse to take cash !! Just need to add a 12 dollars gas to go home !!! No raison I never seen that before but I will take a step and make a lawsuit against her and her attitude. This place is great gas is good but the lady is the worse I have ever meet don’t waste your time Hey you will get sooner a good news about me. Bad attitude

This place does not accept payments of cash at the pump. I had to head inside and speak to a very rude attendant.I settled for 20$ in gas and a trip somewhere else.

just went here for a car wash, and my car didn't even fit in it and the two soap machines on either side didn't fit all the way around my car. The one on the right wouldn't move because it got stuck hitting the right side of my car and I had to force my car out of it and it wrecked my car. The lights were barely lit, and there was no spot where your wheel goes to prevent this from happening and it is a hard spot to get into any way because you have to make a very sharp right turn to drive forward into the car wash. Just drive an extra 2 miles and go somewhere else for your car wash. Went inside and the worker said, "that happens sometimes." Maybe go bother to fix it. Wouldn't give me a refund because i guess the gas station and car wash are not connected. Ridiculous.

Gas station employees are super nice, but the auto service employees are Racist and Rude! Especially the bald older man who works there...Would not recommend getting any auto service done there.

I came to this gas station in search of a refreshing Icee. I have been craving one for years and it was advertised that BP carries Icee. I was super excited when I walked to the store, but I was very disappointed when I got to the front door. At the door there were two women, guessed to be workers, smoking outside leaving the store unattended. When I walked in, NO ICEE, and the women walked in after me confirming my suspicions. They left the second we left, which was immediately. I’m never coming back.

Only went here for a car wash. It's touchless which I like, it's one of the cheaper options in the Twin Cities, but it's not the best wash. Good for winter 'get the salt off' washes I'd say.

Allen stayed after hours to fix my tire. He took care of everything quickly and professionally and was so helpful. I also needed an oil change and he offered to complete that too when I told him. He was very honest, affordable and provided great service. We’ll be coming here from now on.

Please see Allen if you want a brutally honest mechanic that will never scare you with overpriced bells and whistles like so many others do.He is honest and is very keen in remembering you.I may be bias for being his customer for many years, but he has been paramount in the budget I that I could afford. I personally was able to get to the East Coast due to him. I am sincerely humbled on how profound and honest his work ethic has been throughout the years of having him service my car.If you want a true master mechanic, you must stop by and meet him.

Staff was very kind. The car wash was not good at all. Didn’t even get bugs or bird poo off of most of the car. Do not recommend.

Walked into the store straight to the back for a bottle of water and was harrassed by a highly aggressive and intoxicated " regular customer " ( according to the cashier he was a regular) so I started recording him , the cashier with red dyed hair seemed to favor him and acted like my recording his harrassment was against the law or something and proceeded ask me and him to leave the store it seems to me that your employers favor people they know even when they are breaking the law . I will never be back
