The entire crew, from Chris to Olivia to Bobby, was professional and always on time. They moved an entire 2-bedroom house from MN to VA in just three days. No delays, no damages, and no missing items.I can’t recommend them enough!

Our Stress-Free Move with Terry and KarenMy family was dreading our upcoming move across the country. As parents of a teenager with two dogs and a rabbit in tow, we knew packing and relocating our entire household would be an immense challenge. Moving day arrived with plenty of tears and tension. That's when Terry and Karen from Beltman North American stepped in to save the day. From the moment they introduced themselves, it was clear these movers were in the business of service, not just shipping boxes. They took the time to learn about our family's needs and priorities, asking thoughtful questions about how to minimize disruptions. As the packing began, Karen noticed how overwhelmed I was. “Why don't you take a break in the master bedroom?" she suggested. "We'll make sure to leave that room intact last so you have a quiet space as we work." It was such a small act of kindness, but it showed the team’s high emotional intelligence and professional experience. In just a few days, our entire 3700 Square foot home was carefully wrapped, stacked, and en route to the new destination. If you want movers who truly care about your well-being through every step of relocation, I highly recommend Beltmann Moving and Storage. Their 5-star service is worth every penny (ask for Terry and Karen). ❤️

Very disappointed - much of our stuff smashed or crushed; boxes labeled "FRAGILE" with up arrows upside down, sideways, just whatever. When we filed a claim they said tough luck because you packed the boxes yourself (iow, didn't pay them $250 per person per hour to pack). The kids that came to pick stuff up were rude & unprofessional, and the guy that finally dropped the stuff off was pushy and rushed us to sign off on the paperwork so we wouldn't be able to claim anything. They say everyone is a full time employee but the kids that picked up our stuff clearly were not, and the guy that dropped off freely admitted that he was not.Don't fall for the nice sales guy...

Beltmann Moving and Storage was responsible for my move from NC to OR. After relocated 10+ times, this move resulted in more damage on one move than our previous 10+. Beltmann was unresponsive to our concerns during loading and unloading. The quote from our coordinator was, "I'm not concerned with your damage. The company your work for is self insured, so call them and their insurance." As with all moves, be careful and closely monitor the driver, packers and loaders. We will NEVER use Beltmann again. Poor Communication. Poor Quality with MUCH Damage. And complete Lack of responsiveness and basic customer service skills.

NEVER go with this company. These people present themselves well and do not perform professionally whatsoever. The gentleman that came out to do my estimate presented himself well. However on the day they were supposed to pickup my items, they were over an hour late after giving me a four hour window. Didn't offer anything to make up for holding up my 15 hour drive to Texas. I have now been waiting for my dropoff which is also two days late and they cannot even provide me with an estimated drop off date. And it is now on me to go through the process to make sure this is reported. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Don't waste your time! The movers were good guys and did a great job.

My stuff was picked up 7 days ago but still no idea when it will be in transit and delivered. I have been trying to reach the sales guy and coordinator but no one is picking up the phone or responding anymore.

They handled our move from Florida to N.Dakota. Can't say enough good things about Kimberly. Excellent customer service, kept us updated and got things here on time and with No damage to our things. Thanks Kimberly and all who worked with us. Would definitely use your services again and will recommend letting the professionals do your move.

Beware if you plan to use Beltman Moving and Storage in Minnesota. Chris Lehman handled the estimate which went very well so, we signed the contract for a cross country move with self packing and long term storage. Per Lizzie McAdam the 1st month storage would be included in the upfront charge. The driver and his crew were great. Minimal items were delivered to an apt, and the remainder into a North American storage facility for 7 months. A couple months later I reached out to the storage facility regarding billing and learned my 1st month storage hadn’t been included in the upfront charge. I re-checked the contract amounts and found I’d been overcharged nearly $900 due to a math error. After a few weeks of back and forth with Lizzie she said I would receive a credit upon delivery from storage. Months later when delivery day finally came, Lizzie was no longer with the company, and I was forced to pay the full storage and delivery charge. Eventually I got my $900 refund, but not easily. I purchased their replacement cost insurance with a $500 deductible, and was informed I would have 9 months to file a claim. Once everything had been delivered and unpacked, I filed a claim for seven damaged items but only one item was approved. The claim agent, Jeanne DuMont, said I missed the 9 month window for items delivered to the apartment. I had been given the impression that I had 9 months from “final delivery” to submit a claim. She said anyone with “common sense” would know a separate claim was required within 9 months of each delivery. She also said there was NO coverage on self packed items even though I have email documentation stating self packed items would be insured at .60/lb I’ve made several cross country moves with full packing service and know how it’s done. I spent over $500 on packing paper alone and know how to pack a box. If you’re considering using Beltman, double check your charges and be prepared to be ripped off and disrespected.

The company gave us boxes to pack ourselves that we supposedly wouldn't be charged for. The packer used the boxes we packed to stuff their boxes or added one or two things and called it their box (they charge per box). In some cases they cannibalize our boxes into other boxes so they could call them theirs (again they charge per box). They also severely UNDERPACKED boxes which Joe's team caught and four boxes were condensed into one. The packers put packing paper on the stove which then got lit on fire, and then proceeded to use the paper. All of these extra boxes the packers claimed as theirs caused several thousand EXTRA dollars.Brady only offered a $200 off a SEVERAL THOUSAND dollar mistake.I do not recommend this company to anyone. These are super shady practices. The only saving grace for this company was the driver Joe. With all the things that went wrong, he was the only one who tried to fix things. Even Joe said with as many boxes as we had, the truck was way lighter than he would have expected.

An onsite estimate was given. A load date was given to me of two and half weeks out. Then, poof. No pick up. I was told I did not confirm the contract.

I worked for beltmann for 3 years. 3 years of my life that I wish that I could erase. Don't work here if you value yourself. This place will make you feel like you are dirt beneath the management's feet. They do not appreciate talented people. The narcissistic men will do whatever feel to prove women are not smart or intelligent enough to have a voice. It was worse than being in an abusive relationship. Never have I ever been subjected to screaming and closed door meetings like that. I am typing this for the person seriously considering this place. Tread carefully or you'll be squashed.

We used Beltman relocation through North American Van lines to move from California to Tennessee. The driver David Shelton was phenomenal along with his crews in California and Tennessee. Always knew where the driver was in route and made good time for delivery. Highly recommended

Moved from CA to NY. It was headache after headache with this company. They packed our stuff on 12/9 saying it would be delivered by 12/19. We arrived on 12/15 thinking we only had a few days before our stuff arrived. We were then told that because of the holidays it would be delayed until 12/27. When we arrived in NY on 12/15 we were told our stuff hadn't even left CA. Then because of lack of crew we we're told it would arrive 1/3. Then we were told 1/4. Then we were told our stuff arrived had arrived in NY on 1/4 but would be able to be unpacked because they didn't have the equipment to move it. Our stuff finally arrived on the 7th. Thinking we would be nice, we bought the crew drinks and pizza. Only to have them leave the old plates, pizza boxes and used napkins thrown in our driveway. We have baby, when we asked about wearing masks, we got side eyes from the whole crew. The entire process was clunky, slow, and full of excuses. Very poor experience overall. We waited an entire month for our stuff.
