Great service, an associate named Jeff helped me with my windshield wipers, however it was WAY too HOT inside, it's like a sauna in here!
the Autozone further down rice is way colder inside but I come here for the customer service.

This autozone location has consistently helped me in a pinch and I’m so grateful for the workers here. Last week I came in looking for a patch kit after running over a piece of metal and by the time I had gotten back to my car, the tire was flat. A worker who I believe was named Brandee went above and beyond in walking me through how to put a spare tire on and gave me advice on where to go to get a patch done professionally. Not only did I learn a helpful life skill, I also was met with kindness on a hectic day.

I came in to buy more car accessories after spending a couple hundred dollars at the auto zone across town. I requested a battery at another location, the associate there opened the package and put it in my fob for me and he put in the wrong battery Type. I thought there was something wrong with my newly purchased car so I brought it back to the dealership and the dealership made the fob work with a different style of battery. I went to return the battery with the receipt at your location and the individual behind the counter would not take it because the battery was not in the package, but I’m not the one that took it out of the package and I explained that to the associate at your location. He refused to return a $8.99 battery because of your policy, despite the inconvenience it caused me, and the fact I never took it out the package. He blamed it on the associate at the other store and said it wasn’t his stores issue. I just moved into the neighborhood, I won’t be back.

I went here to buy a lug nut for my tire, and noticed that a different tire was extremely flat! The store manager Heidi filled up my tire with her own air compressor and sat there and waited with me to make sure it wasn’t losing air and it was safe to drive! She’s amazing!!!! Luckily i was here otherwise idk what i would’ve done without her!

Went to this location a few times and it’s been great experience each time I’ve went, employees are respectful and gets the job done for me. Would definitely go back to this store. 10/10

Have not been happy with this Auto zone. I've tried a couple of times and it just isn't making me want to come back. I went to their store on Monday cause it said online and on the door that they were open. The doors were locked and a couple cars were there with customers waiting for them to open. Second time I tried ordering a part today online. Nothing wrong with the order online and loved that they had a same-day delivery cause I'm in the middle of fixing my car. They call me back an hour or two later saying they don't have the part and are going to cancel the order. They could have checked another store for me for the inconvenience but nothing was done and the kid was very short and to the point. Very frustrating. Will not be back.

I was waiting to buy a parts ended up leaving the employee spending more time on working on people's cars that didn't even buy cards they would if you. Don't want to be helped go here

Every time I come here I get really good customer service. David or Joshua are outstanding and go above and beyond to be of help and make sure I had what I need. It's awesome to see young men of this age so willing to take the time with a person like me who is not the best at vehicle issues
